“Something needs to be done with the orientation of the drive through. Maybe entry and exit directions reversed, that way the car queue can be from the less busy side of the area.I understand it's new york with less land mass, but a good operational process analysis and improvement can help. It's what I do for a living so maybe that's why it struck a cord with me. The staff and food were good, just the queue getting into the intersection and traffic light is more of a safety incident waiting to happen.“

Immediately upon entry, there was a buzz in the air as the aroma of fried chicken wafted in the air, making one feel excited right at that instant. The staff was friendly and efficient; they took my order down promptly to make sure my meal was fresh. What's better than that first bite of crispy chicken? The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, though the sides were a tad scanty in quantity for the price paid. Tasteful, quick service makes this KFC a dependable comfort food option in Jamaica. Do not be surprised if you will want to order extra sides. .“

“This is actually one of the better locations where quality is concerned! They're not trying to over-airfry/over-bake the Original Recipe chicken to be crunchy and more like Popeye's but maintain instead the classic "soft" skin while their Crispy version really is crispy and not hard and crunchy!

Free WiFi, large spacious restroom that's usually pretty clean (given the neighborhood which has quite a few miscreants), ample seating, and generally fast service...I go out of my way to come here specifically!“

“I was here for lunch, with easy street parking and I like how quiet and clean this little spot is, for what you are paying the meal is much better than the McDonald just across the street, and got a free bobble tea was a surprise. Thank you!“

“This place is a hidden gem! Family owned, well rounded from the greeting when you enter, to the music, to the food. Staff is down to earth! I always feel like I'm a guest at my family establishment if that makes sense. I told my friends about Trinijam and said, "See for yourselves." they all agreed this place is refreshing!!!!

If you have out of town guest, this should be your 1st and last stop!!!!

“I really appreciate that Fevy’s offers halal chicken for Muslim customers, and the quality is top-notch. You can tell the chicken is fresh from its texture and cleanliness. The fried chicken is incredibly crispy, and the buldak chicken with cheese was absolutely delicious, though be warned—it’s quite spicy! The portion sizes are generous as well. The kimchi fried rice was decent, but it had a strong sesame oil flavor that might not be for everyone. The fries were a highlight—crispy and fresh. The iced tea, however, wasn't sweet enough for my taste. I also tried a sauce that was labeled as spicy, but it leaned more on the sweet side, which wasn’t what I was expecting. It would be great if there was a way to sample all the sauces without having to buy each one separately. The service was friendly and enthusiastic, which made the experience even more enjoyable.“
