Whenever I order from this location, they take around an hour and 45 minutes to deliver and I only live 10 blocks away. My pizza often arrives cold and when I call to inquire about why the order has been sitting for an hour after the quality check, the guy on the phone yells at me that its on its way (even when its not) and promptly hangs up. Its happened 3 times now.Edit: changing my review from 1 star to 5. I don't know what they did but this new staff is much better than 4...read full review

They are not the friendliest, there not blatantly rude, but there is something there I can't put my finger on it (l'm big on how you treat the customer), but the place is clean and the pizza is pretty good. So I go here maybe once every other month or so...

The store 131-31 Merrick Blvd I love it, my pizza is always done properly and delivered before the estimated time the guy that takes my order is so nice I gave them 5 stars but here’s 2 extra ones for being awesome ⭐️⭐️??
