Dunkin' Donuts in Jamaica

“So i wanna say the employee working here everybody is so good but here a tall guy i saw him today (friday) he is so good I didn’t know his name but he every time laugh and smile i never see him behaving rude everytime he calm and sweet .“

“Coffee is always served fresh and the food is cooked the way I wanted to be cook. The only problem on this store is the homeless people outside who would curse you if you don’t give them tips. The management should do something about this because it is a problem for customers. Overall, service and food was great and served quickly.“

“This is my go-to Dunkin spot. Convenient location and staff is always on point. Very friendly and accommodating, and always providing great service. Sometimes they get a high volume of customers, but they’re able to deliver quick and efficiently - never had a wrong order given to me.

Management is also great and helps ensure all staff members are treated like a team. One feedback I’d provide is to probably to have a dedicated coffee staff who handles all drink orders separately while the rest of the staff focuses on other things (I’ve seen this structure work very efficiently in Manhattan, specifically in very busy locations). But either way, friendly service, great vibes, and a hard working pool of staff.“

“I want to start the review by saying this specific DD is the best location I've ever visit and will continue buying from them, because they properly know how to create and make the orders and their above and beyond customer service that no other DD has provide me. A big shout out to Sabina, the manager for her amazing kindness and exemplary world class customer service. The area outside can be a little bit challenging to navigate, because of the amount of people walking around, but other than that I highly recommend this location.“

“My favorite DD location, not only because all workers here are super nice but because it’s the first DD (ONLY) that treats first responders with respect and appreciation.

“This is the best Dunkin Donuts I've been to in my life. I bought some food next door and had no place to sit. I noticed there was seating at this Dunkin and remembered I had enough points for a free beverage. I went in and there were two gentlemen on shift. A younger one and an older one. The younger one was very diligent in mopping the floor. As I was checking out with my free drink and a donut I wanted, the older man noticed something was off (as did I) with the order total. The young man came over and spoke to him in their common language that I didn't understand (not English) to help the older man understand what happened and what buttons to press on the register. The older man paid careful attention to the younger man's instruction. So after I paid, I made my way to sit down across from some young teenager. A high schooler. Before I made it to my seat, the younger employee told me to be careful as I walked back and not slip on the wet floor. I sat down waiting for my drink order. When I got up to get it and fetch a straw, the young man was all like "don't worry, step on through, I'll have this place spotless by the time we close." While I was eating, the man politely asked if the kid could pick up his backpack so he could clean under and around the area. He noticed there was a bat sticking out of the backpack and they got to chatting about what school he went to and position he played; offered some advice. When the kid was about to leave he wished him well and said good luck with high school (because of course...high school y'know). I continued eating my meal and a small child came in with his mother. Again he made sure to get their attention about the wet floor. The small child started taking slow almost tip toeing steps haha. Then another regular customer came in that was Hispanic...they had a small chat. The young employee was telling him that he wants to learn Spanish so he can better communicate with customers. I thought that was cool. As I sat there finishing up my meal, I thought to myself....with everything going on in the world...these two individuals were dead set on excelling on a singular work day. The young man wasn't worried about yesterday or tomorrow or next week, or next month. He was thinking about today and only today and how to make it the best work day for everyone. I could hear it in his voice. The dedication. The whole dichotomy of the two employees I found beautiful. This Dunkin Donuts is an important part of the community, without a doubt. I'm glad I walked in.“

“If anything about Dunkin donuts is their consistency!! I love that they are open 24 hours because not everyone has a day job. Some if the most important people in our society work late hours as the rest of us rest it up. Thank you for being just about everywhere and open 24 hour!!! ????“

“Honestly I love this one guy that works there he has long hair and he’s tall and super sweet I came in today around 4:36 and I bought donuts and he had the sweetest energy and he made my box of sweets look so pretty and neat I loved it he really made my day after I had a terrible day so thank you to that man that’s working this shift Thursday at around 4:30 ❤️ Dunkin needs more workers like that. I wish I caught his name to give him the credit properly. I GOT HIS NAME IT WAS HALAM (I think) Dunkin give that man a raise rn“

“They have improved a bit over the last few months. I would still double check your order as they sometimes still forget to add things like caramel etc to your coffee. But overall they are decent. Not the best Dunkin in the area but they get the job done.“

“As regular as a Dunkin Donuts can be. I usually would come for the coffee just to mix it up (as much as possible working in Jamaica would allow). Tastes like all other dunkin donuts coffee ever. Never had any hot food at this DD nor any other DD, but had a few donuts, muffins, munchkins when coworkers would bring breakfast. Again, like any other spot. Service was regular DD, took my coffee order and made it (poured it) asap, nothing to complain about. There's occasionally a bum in the morning that would ask for change while holding the door open for you, no biggie.“

“It was late and they were closing up and I was coming from the hospital and I was surprised how warm cheerful they were there and surprised the donuts were still fresh not stale. I left in great spirits and was pleasantly surprised

“Walked in with a big order (unforeseen circumstances) and although the store was busy, the staff provided quick and courteous assistance. It was also fully stocked and clean. Staff was great, especially the ladies working that evening! Can not stress that enough.“

“This is a favorite breakfast place I go to when I want to indulge in a warm toasted bagel twist. If you love bagels and you love cheese, then this is a must-have. When you order it, please ask them to have it toasted. You can have it with or without butter. Either way, you would enjoy it. Please keep in mind, that this is not something one should have every day, especially if you're concerned about your weight like I do. I also love the matcha latê. I usually have mine with 8 scoops of matcha and my base is always Oatmilk. No need to add sweeteners, the restaurant-grade matcha is already sweet. Let's talk about the wake-up wrap- if you want a high protein low carbs snack this is the way to go. I always ask for an extra egg.



Kid-friendliness: There is always something for the kiddos. If they like donuts, especially the little girls, they would love the pink (strawberry) ones, and there is also a carvel in there for the ice cream. Cones and bowls are animated, so the kids always gravitate to the characters.“

“I usually go to this Dunkin’ a couple times a month and I’ll never got disappointed. But sometimes when the place is back and rushing they usually slightly messed up your order but everywhere is like that.I would recommend only go if necessary there better Dunkin’ out there“

“This Dunkin is ok. The only issue i have is the mobile ordering. They do not have a lot of things that are available on the app, and then they don't tell you until you ask or after you're the last one there waiting for your order. After waiting a long time. This may have something to do more with the app; I don't know, but still , perhaps checking in with people more often would help?

Anyway, apart from that, the staff is courteous and efficient. Dunkin needs to provide better systems and improve the App. So, if you're walking in there and ordering with them, you should expect to have a fine experience.“

“I frequent DD about 5 nights a week and sometimes during the day. Dip provides phenomenal service. He makes my drink exactly how I like it and he even knows my name and greets me everytime I order my beverage. He is amazing and this store itself is amazing.“

“It's Dunkin, like it or not- i love it! Its been a great place to have a cup. The drive through is very busy. Great seating, basically the opposite of Starbucks reduced atmosphere.

Only 2 main issues - families tend to bring all the kids and it gets super noisy in late afternoon. Parent's will let kids yell and cry and run around to a point even the workers caution have trouble hearing orders over the noise.

A big reason the noise gets called out because after the remodeling, the new machinery is louder and it bounces and echoes. It gets extremely challenging and I wish they would take the high noise levels into consideration.“

“This place has good memories for me. I usually get breakfast here after working night shifts and prepping for my second shift in the morning. The staff is very friendly and in time I felt like I was friends with them and to how often I was there. Usually when my shift ended early I'd grab a cold drink to head home. Great staff, good offerings and reasonable prices. Is there more to ask for?“

“I normally come here every morning and sometimes every afternoon for a coffee. The workers always chat to each other and sometimes zone out when I’m trying to place my order. They don’t always put less ice when I ask too that gets me annoyed.“

“Never would've thought that a simple coffee, donut and an avocado sandwich would brighten my day so much and provide me such a heartwarming exit from the big city. The young man behind the counter was so genuinely kind and polite, something that seemed quite rare in busy NYC. Tried to offer him a tip, but he refused by saying "give it to someone who needs it".“

“Very convenient Dunkin Donuts right off Rockaway Turnpike. The staff is really nice. The only draw back is that the lines are long and in person ordering takes time to fulfill. I would advise ordering ahead on the Dunkin Donuts app and just walk in and pick up the order. It will be much faster.“

“Went there today at 2 am and was surprised by the exceptional service, considering the time of day. The employee went out of his day to give me a fresh donut from the new delivery, instead of the old ones in the display-- which was much appreciated! And instead of turning down my request for a frozen coffee like most places do during these hours, he had everything I requested. If they had a drive thru, I would have given 4 stars as it isn't in the safest neighborhood, but that's not Dunkin's fault.“

“This is one of my favorite places. I come here every day just to come to coffee and sandwiches. The space here is very clean and everyone here is very nice. “The food here was amazing, it was fresh and made to perfection.
The staff were super nice and were trying to do everything super quickly since it's the airport, and still kept quality while making things.
The restaurant itself is a bit hidden and it took time to find it“

Prices are higher here than at sidewalk Dunkins, but it is an airport, so what can one expect

For context, as of 12/3/2023 a large hot coffee with no flavor added cost $3.89 plus tax. To add in flavor, it cost an approximate extra $1 plus tax

But other than that, the coffee was made as expected, but beware that this location does not do business with “Dunkin’ Rewards”
