They gave me the wrong coffee and it made mad.... When I asked the guy if my coffee was supposed to look and taste like this, he was all like "yeah, it's supposed to look like that". They looked at me like I was an idiot and it made me feel uncomfortable. My real rating for Dunkin is truly a BIG FAT 0. Terrible people equals terrible service.
If I could have given this Dunkin no stars I would have. Worst experience I've ever had at Dunkin. The employees were slower than molasses. They were out of all advertised girl scout cookie flavors but clearly were advertising it. There were only 2 people in front of me and it took 10 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. This place looks like is not dunking donuts in terminal one dirst floor i try to get coffe with QR code she aaying sorry we dont have system i give other QR code from T mobile. She say no no we dont work like this. Its very bad for client to refuse and saying we dont have system its very bad Donkin franchis need to check why they refusing to get payd with QR also i come in second dloor in terminal one. Same think no QR no system .
