Giana was so welcoming upon our arrival, the Hostess with the Mostess! and then seated us and also presented our wine to us because it was so busy she gracefully helped out our waiter! def return the service was impeccable!

We wanted Wendy's after a long flight from Zurich, Switzerland, but this was the only viable option for hot food. They are seriously overpriced, even for NYC standards - it was around $32 for a burger, and for fries it was close to $10-$11. Had some extra time at JKF thought we sit down for a nice meal. Much to our surprise it was a terrible experience, they have tablet menus that were all broken, and they are mounted on the table in a way that you can't easy interface with the people your with and make it difficult for staff to clean the tables, waitstaff were unfriendly and certainty not motivated because they automatically add gratuity at a rate you can't adjust, and the food was burnt and not very good.
