Five Borough Food Hall Reviews
Pathetic , staff are incompetent, you inform them that you would like a pizza and then get upset when you ask where the order is 15min later and they had t even started cooking it
20 minutes to get two sandwiches which only need to be warmed up is too long. And it's not even like there was a queue. I was second in line and and the checkout there were 2 people in front of me. Yet it seems the staff, which outnumbered customers 2:1 on Monday evening (July 15) is more interested chatting than handling customers. Terrible experience.

The Five Borough Food Hall offers a diverse range of dining options for hungry travelers. The Taco Truck serves up delicious Impossible meat burritos, which are highly rated within the airport context. The Chicken Kebab sandwich, however, has received mixed feedback, with shredded boiled chicken instead of the expected flame-broiled cubes. Dromos offers chicken and falafel pita sandwiches, where the chicken has been described as bland, but the falafel is considered decent for an airport meal. The open pita sandwich can be tricky to eat. Guests can also find a quick breakfast option, such as a ham egg and Swiss breakfast croissant, which is surprisingly good despite previous negative reviews.
The Mango Taco Truck provides a convenient choice, though the rice and beans were noted to be a bit soft, and the spicy salsa and salad may not suit all tastes. Despite some mixed reviews, the variety of choices at the Five Borough Food Hall makes it a suitable option for those seeking a meal while in transit. The service is noted for being fast, with some meals ready in as little as 90 seconds, and staff members are praised for their politeness and helpfulness, even in challenging situations.
