This place has gone down hill. It's been over a month that they don't have any granola or peanut butter. Ordered an available bowl was told i couldn't have the dragon fruit bowl so i settled. Then was told they had no granola which i knew and brought some from home. Then was told they had no honey or coconut flakes...... so what am i paying for? On top of the cashier being rude and telling we open at 5 when it was 5:10 am
Very rude and not respectful at all. Person at the cash register was talking to her coworker and slacking off. I ordered the acai primo, and they didn’t have granola, but didn’t tell me that until after I ordered my drink. They forgot to put on the coconut shavings and when I asked for extra strawberries in place of the granola, they didn’t do so. They put 4 banana slices for my topping. Overall disrespectful and terrible at there job.

Is the absolute worst service. The line was extremely long. I didnt see any fresh juice which is what they are know for. I asked before i got in line if they have any fresh juice. They told me yes. The girls were playing on her phone texting. Taking for ever and when I got to the counter the same girl said we doing have fresh juice. After waiting 30 minutes. Avoid this place they do not care.
