McDonald's in Jamaica

“This is the only McDonald's that doesn't give me stomach troubles. I think the other ones don't change and filter their oil regularly or don't have high turnover so they give you old food. The food I get from here always tastes fresh due to the high turnover. Basically lots of people coming and going so new food coming out fresh all the time. But just know that the cops/EMS get called here regularly because there's always some fever dream shit happening lol. It attracts lots of deranged people due to being a McDonald's. People asking you for money, fights in the parking lot, mentally ill people, etc.

Some of the kiosk machines don't even work because once you get to the payment machine you see it's not even turned on. So you have to go to another one. Half of them were out of order or their payment thing wasn't working. Also, the machines never give out receipts. I had a problem with my order but the managers and employees were nice and apologetic. It's a good place to go. They also have a play place. I wish they had more seating options.“

“This is my favorite mcdonalds. Be nice to your fast food employees theyre trying!! Most of the time my food is fresh and accurate, but sometimes people forget stuff, but hey everyone's human. Order on the app to expedite service!!! The ice cream/latte machine is down sometimes but the cleaning cycle it has to go through is extensive i actually looked it up its pretty wild. Good place though!!“

“My friends, staff and I have been to this store and that the staff bought cheeseburger, hamburger, French fries and a soda. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were lots of people there eating, drinking, talking, people ordering the food, and that the store was busy.“

“Food was regular McDonald quality, not great not terrible but hits the spot!
Also probably one of your better options if your flight is in terminal 1.

Service was terrible, the guy was on his phone while I stood there and I had said excuse me to get his attention, while paying he again went back to his phone while I waited with the cash in my hands. He was not rude just very attached to his phone.“

“Just came to this McDonald's and had the new buffalo snack wrap and it was fire 🔥 could of had a bigger peace of chicken but the favor was nice with a lil spice 😋 customer service was great.

This McDonald's location on Rockaway Blvd is hands down one of the best in the area. The corner seating offers a great view — perfect spot to enjoy your meal and people-watch or just relax. Customer service is consistently excellent; the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Management clearly sets a high standard — you can feel the positive energy from the moment you walk in.

I needed help with something and I was trying to be patient and she approached me to ask me if I needed assistance which she helped and got my order to me quickly. “The staff at this location are so dedicated, kind, caring, and hard-working! I can only imagine working at an airport restaurant is not an easy task, yet they were all so friendly and had a smile on their faces! I spent around 3 hours in this McDonalds and I noticed one worker, Anderson. He came out so much to clean tables, throw away trash, empty trash cans and refill with new bags. He had awesome customer service and I could just tell he puts in so much work into his job!!! Thank you!!“
