came here twice already, after trying some other spots in the area, and this one is my favorite! the man who completed my orders both times was very nice and pretty generous with portions. really happy to found a place to go to when out on lunch break.
This is a very good restaurant suitable for Caribbean people fast moving people who are looking for fast food. This is a very nice restaurant. They have all types of food for you. I came here on 2/9 to pick up some soul food. I ordered the large dinner platter which came with one protein and two sides. I ordered the ribs with mac & cheese and yams. It was absolutely delicious, I don’t even like yams that much but the yams were so delicious. The ribs were tender and juicy, and the mac & cheese was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend coming here whenever you’re craving some soul food.

Queens Soul Food Caterers offers the real deal soul food, with cooks straight up from the South. The menu provides a lot of options, including many delicious meals and desserts. Specific praised dishes include the BBQ Turkey wings, described as the most tender in NYC, along with spectacular greens and plantain. The Beef Ribs are complete fall off the bone tender, and the Mac and Yams are also spectacular. Other standout orders are the smothered turkey wings and jerk turkey wings, both delicious and coming in huge portions. The pork BBQ ribs, Mac n cheese, and collard greens are also perfectly seasoned and very good. While one reviewer noted the Mac could have used more seasoning, the yams were fire. Nothing is over salted, with everything seasoned very well. The food is bussin and a must try for good home cooking, making it a place customers will definitely return to.
