Waited 45 minutes for jerk chicken that wasn't even halfway done after being told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. Big disappointment and I had to go somewhere else for dinner that evening. Got home an hour and a half late
Tropical Jerk is amazing. I’ve had the one in Long Island but now I am closer to home on liberty Avenue absolutely amazing very friendly . The environment is clean and welcoming. Especially Navi and Nick best customer service and friendly smile. We will return. Oh. The jerk chicken with sweet sauce is a must try.
Over my 4 years of coming here, I’ve never met a cashier like Sarah. She’s so warm and welcoming . People person and pleasant 👍
