Kid-friendliness: Needs to be more kid friendly. It has a very cold effect on people. McDonald's needs to go back to being kids favorite restaurants offer more deals.“
“I stopped this morning drive thru 6:38 waited and waited got tired of waiting went to burger King. Food prices up,portions 30% smaller actually fish sandwiches and hamburgers look more like sliders. I don't know if employees or management but something got to change or McDonald's will be another failed business. I garrentee I'll get no response or resolution to this“
“A little heavy on the salt for the fries but I'm not complaining (I ate them) bc I came through the drive thru with a mobile order. I wanted and had chosen for them to bring it to my car via the app. Well, the app glitched and when I pulled up to the numbered spot it wouldn't accept the fact I was there etc. I waited and tried to get it to work for about 5 minutes before going through the drive thru. Everyone, including the store manager, was SUPER helpful and accommodating.“
“2 o'clock in the morning only place open. Half cooked fries, 4 items on the menu. Young lady with 3 inch nails making food?? How much bacteria under those? Hair hanging down to butt, beard on cook not covered .. gave my nuggets to my dog. Boyfriend ate his burger I'm not that brave, but I suspect that's where his diarrhea came from.“
