“Syracuse halal gyros food is 100/10… huge portions, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. They are open late which is great because there aren’t many options open late these days. When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.“

“Ordered burgers, award wining pickle spice wings and Walter white pizza (with cauliflower crust) take out.
The staff packed up all the other food but just asked if we wanted to take the pizza to-go. Unexpectedly, they just handed us a box and left us to pack the pizza ourselves.
We suspected it might not be the cauliflower crust while we were packing it, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. The receipt showed they charged us $23 ($20 for the pizza + a $3 upcharge for the cauliflower crust). However, it turns out it wasn't a cauliflower crust at all!
Very disappointing service there.
The wings were dry and disappointing. On the plus side, the Walter White pizza was really good with lots of cheese flavor, and the beer was fantastic! However, the poor service makes me doubt we will come back.“

“Took hubby for birthday dinner in a blinding snowstorm from Moravia..was worth the white knuckles. Great atmosphere Megan( Red) made us welcome and got our drinks. Hubby had the steak and lobster($20 on Tues nites) awesome! I had the 12 os strip and fries($10). Never had it done so perfect!!( I like well and most char it) pretzel and cheese for dessert..lol and crispy but juicy wings were excellent! We will return its worth the drive!!!“

“The food was amazing, as usual. My only complaint is that the wait was over an hour and I had to go up to the window three times before the figured out my ticket was lost. But the manager did the right thing and gave me two beer tokens so at least the acknowledged their mistake and paid for it“

“Went there for the first time recently at the recommendation of a friend and enjoyed everything about it. The wings were spectacular as were the Philadelphia steak sandwiches. The owner is a nice guy and chatted with us before we sat down to eat. Definitely going back.“

“they stayed open 10 extra mins to save my night. the young man on the phone made it clear they were totally fine helping me out. he was super nice they made our stuff and didnt have any kind of annoyance about it. we visit at least once a wk and very much like the sandwiches and deep pan pizza. “After a hard day working on a house project I was too tired to cook so I called OIP Eastwood location and ordered 4 works steak subs with sides of marinara, 10 chargrilled mango habanero wings and a large sausage and mushroom pizza! We were starving obviously! Hillary got my order 100% correct and was super friendly! 25 minutes later the food was ready! When we got the food home and started devouring everything, all was prepared to perfection and tasted amazing! You now have 3 additional fans of your amazing food besides myself! Thank you all so much for making our hard day of work end so deliciously and making my difficult day so much easier come dinner time! ❤️“

“I ordered 20 chicken wings tonight that took 1 hr and 20 minutes to get to me and I live less than 5 minutes from then. I didn’t even received 20 wings that I paid for. Once I received them they were not edible. They were so burned and dried. I took them back and they would not give me my money back. They were disgusting. Never again.“

“I left this review on "Where Syracuse Eats"; Oh, my soul! Soft shell crab tacos at Brian's Landing Jamesville. I now want to permanently live here in the middle of their dining room... Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“
