“Nice place to stop in if you’re looking for a laid back environment. A very casual sit down restaurant. Love the rustic style design of the place. Beef burger is amazing. Fiancee got the bean stalk burger (which is typically a vegan option but asked for beef) and said it was delicious. Both burgers were cooked to what we requested. Also amazing fried pickles! Would recommend. Staff was very good, very efficient.“

Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

It was by far, the best burger I’ve ever had. My wife had her usual, the fried chicken sandwich. We’ve never had anything but a great meal and drink at our favorite Huntington haunt.“

“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). “Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Huntington now :blush:. Owners allowed us to bring our own décor. The food was fantastic and no matter what we ordered we were delighted with our meal! “Ok so I really do love the Salmon Kale salad! With that being said, $19.02 for this salad is a bit much. I remember when you used to get a small piece of bread (free) with this salad but that stopped a while ago. With Just Salad, Cava and Sweetgreen all looming and offering coupons, why not throw your committed customers a discount code once in a while for overpaying and returning lol? You do have a great product, but it is by far the most indulgent with regards to price point.“

“A very well seasoned cheeseburger with some thin sliced onion, tomato, pickle, lettuce on top. Burger came with some sort of house sauce as well, very good flavor, might be salty for some. Burger not cooked to order so if you are a medium rare or rare burger person you can skip this place. Bun was one of the best parts, very fresh and soft and held together throughout the meal. Did not opt for fries or a drink.“
