“Anytime I come in it is usually busy but the line goes down pretty fast. when I do my mobile orders which I do more frequently, my order is ready and waiting for me when I walk through the door! I really like how just recently I ordered online and I could not receive my Frape because the CO2 was down but not only did they say I could come in and get one the next day but they also treated me with another item as well“

“Very kind and considerate staff and the manager Savanah was very understanding about the lack of the ice cream machine and provided me a fair and yummy alternative!

“We were politely greeted and seated upon arriving, Holly, our server, was very kind and offered her favorite drink from the menu since I'm indecisive and the drink was really good, she was very fast to get our order taken and we hardly had to wait for the food to come out. She also checked on our table frequently It was a very cozy dining experience over all, the restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms, and the food was great.“

“We had a company event at work today and the food was catered by these folks. all I have to say is OH..MY...GOODNESS.... everything I ate was absolutely phenomenal and the service matched to quality of the food!! We will DEFINITELY be using these folks for catering for future events! TY Kitchen Counter!!!“

“One of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. Very friendly staff! I came in on 12/21/2024! there was a miss understanding about what I wanted on my speedy sandwich. The bar was also quiet busy as well, however it was fixed hand delivered to me by the chef Claire. Claire and Stephen's he was the other chef both apologized for the mistakes and corrected it. It was amazing everything cooked perfectly I would give this place 5 stars. My family and I will be back very soon.“
