We had some small issues with our food, but the Senior manager Jeanne Scovell got it all squared away for us and treated me and my family amazing. It was my uncles birthday and it was all good in the end! 🙏🏻
Connor was great with my kiddo! Jeannie as always keeps the experience fun! ❤
This was the second year I hosted my league fantasy draft at this location. Both the senior manager (Jeanne) and our hostess (Emily R.) made our experience very enjoyable. They accommodated all of our requests and were extremely helpful for the duration of the draft. Until otherwise, I plan on hosting future drafts here because it made my job easier!

Dave & Buster's in Johnson City, NY, offers a fun and lively atmosphere for both adults and kids. The restaurant features a variety of games that keep guests entertained for hours, making it a great place for families and friends. The food received mixed reviews; some enjoyed the food and beverages, especially the BBQ chicken flatbread pizza, which was rated 10/10, while others found the food to be cold and waited longer than expected for their orders, likely due to staffing issues. Service was generally praised, with many mentioning that staff members were very nice and helpful, particularly a server named Connor who went above and beyond to assist. The environment is described as a grown-up arcade with grown-up drinks, and guests enjoy unique attractions like watching T-Rex races and pillow fight championships. Despite some concerns about crowding and cleanliness, especially during flu season, visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the overall fun experience at this lively venue.
