Although, my first review mentioned that the food here is delicious, it's important to note that I am HOOKED and this is now my favorite Thai restaurant in the Buffalo area. My goal is to try everything on the menu that I can as a pescatarian. Don't expect the food to come out real quick as it's made fresh and with care. But, I promise you it's worth your time. Even our kids don't mind the wait because they know how good the food is and are always pumped up when we tell them we are going here for dinner. Keep up the amazing work, Bamboo Ridge! 💚“

“This place is really good! We came for lunch. The portions are very generous and it is authentic Thai food. The service was also great, waitor was very friendly. The food arrived quick and got as well :)

“This is an amazing little gem hiding on Maple rd. My daughter and I were looking for a place to eat, something different from the everyday chains and decided to try Roma Thai & Burmese Cuisine. The Samosas are a pocket of perfect spice. I had the Roma Ginger-a healthy and perfect blend of vegatables and giner sauce. The service was excellent! We had a great dining experience and will definately be returning.“

“Restaurant was clean, the one girl working was very kind and accommodating, she checked with the cook to make sure things did not contain fish sauce and other animal ingredients (vegan). I had the yellow curry and it was tasty.
The only thing that I would say was a negative - the menu no longer has Indian options like samosa and they also did not have sushi. Options were mostly Thai and Chinese. It would also be great and make it easier if things were labeled whether they are vegetarian and/or vegan so the server doesn’t have to check.“

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm, genuine welcome that I instantly felt like a regular — not just another customer. That kind of hospitality sets the tone, and they carried it through the entire experience.

The food? Freshly cooked to order and you can taste the difference. Everything came out hot, crisp, and beautifully plated. I ordered the fried pork belly, and wow — it was next-level. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and packed with bold, authentic Thai flavor. The seasoning was balanced beautifully — savory, slightly sweet, with just the right punch of spice. Every bite had that addictive crunch followed by melt-in-your-mouth richness.

Dine here and come with a book or games because they take way too long to bring food to the table. This is my 3rd experience there and this time they had only 7 tables filled (out of 20 or so tables) and only one server.
