“Photos are from the time we went in August 2023. We went recently and both got pad Thai. The first time I got drunken noodles and they were very spicy, so if you are spice averse I'd recommend you avoid that. The vegetable and pork pad Thai were delicious. The Szechuan sauce they have at the table is always a good addition. The curry rolls as an appetizer (not pictured) were also great ? always a place for good food.“
“If there was a higher rating than 5 stars I would give it. The service was amazing and we felt so welcomed and treated so well. The food was amazing with really great portions and the owner was one of the nicest most calming souls I’ve ever encountered. Will be back here often you will not regret it give it a try.“
“Love this! This is my second time doing it as a Christmas gift for my family and it is always a hit! The food is amazing and the instructor is so funny, kind, and informative! This is a really fun experience and you leave with delicious dumplings! Very accommodating to gluten allergy!“
“This place was SO good. Came across it by accident when we had an urge for Thai. Bubble tea on point (try the mango!) and the pad kee mao was delicious. Family owned and everyone was incredibly friendly. Would definitely return and highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Had the option to add tofu to my pad kee mao!“
“Excellent Pad Thai and Crab Rangoons. I don't like celery and the waitress/cook offered to make fresh crab rangoon minus the celery. They also gave us a glass of wine on the house. Excellent service and friendly staff. We will be back, for sure.“
“We have gotten take out from Spring Asian Cuisine twice now. We are super thrilled we found it! The gentlemen who I believe runs is is EXTREMELY friendly. The food is great and the prices are legit. We have tried mostly Thai food but we are excited to try Korean BBQ the next time!“
“We were driving home late one night and this was the only place open that sounded good. It’s now my favorite place to go for Thai and Sushi. I’d rather drive further from home and go here than anywhere closer. We eat here at least once a week. This place never disappoints me, food is amazing as is the service.“
“Easily one of the best Thai restaurants my fiancé and I have ever dined at! We started with crispy chicken wontons, which were beautifully folded and perfectly fried without being greasy. Next, Thai Basil chicken and Massaman curry chicken. Every individual ingredient, in every dish (even the rice) was perfectly prepared and together they made a beautiful and balanced symphony. Thank you so much!“
“This place used to be called Rakhapura — as far as I am aware it is the same owners, it has just been renamed. That being said, their food is amazing — from the sushi to their soups. Very quick service if you’re looking to sit down during your lunch break downtown; if not their pick-up is usually 15 minutes or so — still fairly quick considering all the sides they give you for soups — it’s basically a “make your own” kind of soup, which is amazing as you can control how much spice you’d like to add to it.Would 100% recommend!Vegetarian options: Not vegetarian, so don’t even look into these options in depth in all honesty, but they are there.Parking: It’s on the metro rail; no parking nearby unless you pay and walk a bit; very quick walk/two stations over from LECOM HarborCenter, though, if you’re there for a tournament.“
“very good for what it is. great spot for takeout lunch. the lunch portion red curry with chicken was under $11 after tax, huge, and came with soup. the "hot" spice level on the red curry was very manageable but still had a decent kick. I personally could have gone for a little more heat, but hey, this is Depew we're talking about, so I get it.“
“Incredible food. Service was very friendly and helpful. We were not rushed and was a very relaxed atmosphere. Very simple for "decor" but had a great time and food was very fresh. Tried entrees and appetizers, all very flavorful. Delicious!“
“Always love coming to Golden Hill! This is my fourth time coming here, l've come alone and brought friends too! The service is always wonderful and the restaurant itself is small and peaceful. My go-to dish is the Tom Kar with shrimp, it's comforting and the flavor is delicious. The sautéed string beans are a must, they're seasoned to perfection! Also got the Szechuan style sliced fish and I would recommend if you like spicy food. I’ve also went basic and gotten orange chicken and crab rangoons and they were both very satisfying and flavorful! Surprisingly, I've never witnessed it being busy but they're always getting phone calls and preparing takeout orders so l assume that's where most of the business comes from.“
“Ordered for the first time from Aung Family Restaurant. EVERYTHING was delicious. I ordered Thai coffee, tempura shrimp, samosas, Udon soup and red curry so I could sample. The shrimp was battered well, crispy outside, with tender inside, the shrimp was fresh and deveined. The Udon soup was seasoned well, with delicious grilled chicken and half a boiled egg. The samosas were crisply fried and full of seasoned vegetables that were soft but NOT mushy - the sauce has perfect flavor and heat. The red curry is rich and creamy but with enough spice to keep it from being *too* rich and cloying. I ate a little bit of everything. Great portions. This coffee reminds me of café au laít in New Orleans, it's full-bodied rich and strong. (I don't like sweet coffee- this was just right) I had this delivered but looking forward to visiting in person!“
“Went last night for girls night and had a blast! We were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival by a very lovely hostess. She took extra time to go over the most popular dishes and gauged what we would most likely enjoy. The Thai tea is light and refreshing and I recommend you try it. I had the rare beef Pho and omg, I have enough leftovers for at least two more meals. The food was fantastic and the service was perfect. The atmosphere is well...comfortable and quirky. We were given time after our meal to catch up and laugh. By the time we left we knew we'd be back for more!!!“
“I've been here multiple times. I've followed them from their Elmwood location. The food is always fresh and delicious. Service is always fast and friendly. I love that they have outdoor seating for the summer too. They offer a lot of gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options. We got the chicken satay, crab ragoon and tofu apps. We also got the chicken pud Thai, pineapple fried rice with tofu and chicken and the Thai fried rice with beef. Everything was delicious.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian/vegan optionsDietary restrictions: They also offer gluten free optionsParking: It's a parking lot shared with the other stores in the plaza.“
“I'm blown away by the amazing experience my friends and I shared here. So. Much. Fun. The food...there aren't words to do it justice. I had to force myself to stop eating! And, still brought home a large leftover portion. The flavors burst! The appearance/presentation: is beauty in a bowl! The staff is so friendly, kind, considerate, sincere...there's so much more I could rave about these beautiful souls! Dedicated to their craft, for sure.Tip them very well, please?Worth every penny. You'll leave, wanting to schedule your next visit already. It's just that good. The egg rolls are sensational! The Pho...give them all a try!Dietary restrictions: They do their utmost to accommodate. So many options available. Please, always check with staff for cross-contamination? It's on you, if you fail to advocate for yourself.Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly atmosphere.Eclectic background music ambiance.“
“I'm very curious if they are still opened or permanently closed. I have not been able to get a hold of them for 3 weeks now (calling, fb messages, and driving over-they were closed on a day/time they are usually open and it did not mention anything on their Facebook about being closed for the day). I LOVE LOVE LOVE their food. But I just need to know if they're even opened anymore ?“
“I've been wanting to go to this restaurant that's pretty much in my neighborhood for a while and ended up going on Easter Sunday of all days... I had a hard time deciding on one item to order and I ordered it medium which was a little bit too spicy for me. Next time I would order mild that still has a little spice to it. We both were very happy with our meal and will be coming back and making this a regular spot for ourselves! The food was very flavorful and the server was superb. Our hats off to the chef!“
