“Nice place and attendants“

“I ordered from this place thinking it would be a one-time thing, and I was definitely wrong. This spot has, by far, the best tacos, bowls, Nachos and burritos I’ve ever tasted. Everything was packed with care, and the service was fast and friendly when I went to pay.
They do not have a place to sit and eat since it's a food truck not sure if they do in the summer time

Tip: Paying cash is cheaper than using a credit card since the card fees are added to your order. They do take Mastercard visa and Amex“

The gambas, black bean soup, beef nachos and fajitas are not to be beat by anyone. We stop regularly and are always delighted. Highly recommend. “This place is absolutely amazing. I came in just to grab a quick bite to eat but everything looks so delicious.

I don't know what they call it but I tried a cactus leaf and it was delicious. It has such a flavor that is similar to I guess an artichoke but also very different at the exact same time.

I had two chicken tacos and one chorizo. I love the fact that they have a bar where you can add as much salsa and toppings as you want.

So delicious.

I’ve been a loyal customer since high school, and through college, living overseas and living out of state, Gold Mine is a must visit whenever I’m in town. If I were about to be executed, my last meal would be: Cajun chicken quesadilla, chips with melted cheddar, lemon chip sauce, and Dave’s pico de gallo. A little guac and sour cream on the side but honestly the pico and lemon chip are more important. The food is SO good that guac is an afterthought. Usually guac is the first thing people consider when having Mexican. My biggest fear is that Dave will retire. I wish he’d write a cookbook. My only “complaint,” if you can call it that, is that it’s primarily a takeout joint, although there are tables and you’re totally welcome to sit there and eat. I’m a sucker for ambience and I’d happily pay top dollar for waitstaff and charm out the wazoo so I can sit there with friends and have a full dining experience. Regardless, none of this changes the fact that it’s the best food in the galaxy.“

We hired Cochinita Porky Food Truck for our annual neighborhood Halloween parade and block party, and they did an amazing job! The service was fast, the food was made to order, super fresh, and everyone loved it. The kids especially enjoyed the playful pig-themed truck with its glowing LED eyes — such a fun touch! 🐷✨
I highly recommend them for any private event — delicious food, great people, and an awesome vibe!“

“this was my second time there and enjoyed the food and the strawberry margarita. Their guacamole is the best ever! The lady's room was very bright and clean. The manager Manuel was gracious and pleasant. Looking forward to going there again“

“I went on Grand Opening Day—1/3/26. This was my first time visiting a QDOBA Mexican Eats. I downloaded the app and redeemed my reward of free chips and queso sauce. I got a blend of the regular and spicy queso, which came out delicious.

I also ordered three ground beef tacos, which had the right amount of spicy seasoning, and the free guacamole was tasty and fresh.

Customer service was also superb. The owner opened the door for me when I entered the premises, and one of the managers, Michael, apologized for the sell out of all 100 free burritos, which were gone within one half hour of the 11:00 am opening. Logan, a staff member, impressed me when he asked if he could remove my empty container.

There is a drive-thru, and the place is clean and tidy.“

On the real, Vallarta is not talked about enough. We love their chicken and steak platter, kids chicken quesadillas, nachos and OBVIOUSLY the Puebla Burrito. It’s so fresh and healthy.

Kelly in the front is the most lovely person to yap with and the guys in the back are always smiling. If you live further than 5 min away don’t even bother calling your food order in because it will get cold, they make it so fast.

We had the tortilla soup, empanadas, and seafood paella all perfectly timed and delicious. Don’t forget while drinking their delicious homemade sangria. We’ll definitely be coming back regularly!“

“I heard about this place from a friend and I decided to make the trip to see if it is worth the hype. Let me just tell you, it was sooo worth it! I live about three hours away from there, but after this experience, I would gladly make this drive again.

The moment I arrived, I was blown away by the atmosphere. There was good music playing, everyone was incredibly friendly, the energy was amazing, and even though there was a long line, the service was quick as I was able to get my food quickly.

Now, about the food, to me this was truly life changing. it's hard for me to find authentic flavorful Mexcian food where I live, this feels like finding a hidden gem. Every bite just made me want more. I loved it so much that I went back and placed a second order before leaving! (Had to take one for on the road!)

I'll definitely be returning every chance I get. Honsetly, they need to open a location closer to me because if I lived closer to them, you would see me there every day. If you are considering coming here, I'll tell you this: STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND GO!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!“

However, I’ve noticed lately there is inconsistency with quality. It depends on who’s working and it’s noticeable that the younger staff are just there to get a paycheck. I hope management prioritizes quality and consistency moving forward. I would still recommend patronizing since overall the food is good and staff are friendly and accommodating.“
