Truly from the way they make their fresh dough, choose their top of the line cheese, tomato sauce, Dearborn ham, etc, I can tell they shopped around and chose the best. From perfectly crisped meaty bacon bits, tender chicken and how they cut their produce to carmelize the onions on top so it complements the entire BBQ chicken pizza I just tried. The Italian wedge salad with crispy prosciutto is incredible, and I don't eat salad but after seeing it, made my mouth water...I had to have a plate. I searched from Montauk to Mineola, from diners to delis, but all fell short. Then I found KC’s in Hauppauge.
