Simply stated - one of the best dining experiences of my life. The creativity and execution is off the charts. Great atmosphere. Perfect service. But the food….well I’ll just let you see for yourself. Incredible.
We had a beautiful meal here! We tried a lot of the menu and it was great for sharing. Everything we ordered blended so well together and it was coursed perfectly. The bread, crackers, cheese and jam were a perfect start to the meal. Every dish had multiple layers of flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly and there was a great spice to the polenta fries. The little gem salad was high on our list of favorites. Also, the decor was modern and cozy at the same time! Great experience!
Stopped in Kingston last week and had the most incredible meal at Chleo. We were a group of 7 passing through, so we were lucky to arrive right upon opening and get a table. We tried multiple dishes to share and each one was impeccable, not one item was a miss. I can’t stop dreaming about this spot and need to plan another trip to Hudson Valley just to eat here again.

Dessert is highly recommended as a perfect ending to a memorable meal. This highly recommended restaurant in Kingston is truly a gem worth revisiting, making it one of the best dining spots in the Hudson Valley.
