Front Street Tavern Reviews
Had lunch today at front street tavern, was very underwhelmed with food and service. Bill was 150 before tip, that included 4 drinks 🍹 3 appetizers and a burger. Another fantastic meal Front Street Tavern!! Fabulous food (bang-bang shrimp and smash burger my favs, but constantly evolving menu) Staff and owners top notch! So fortunate for Kingston. Do yourself a favor and check it out!!
bad service we were ignored most of the time we were there . both pasta entrees were VERY UNDER COOKED . I like al dente pasta . this was barely cooked . server never asked how the food was until we were done . never asked if we needed more drinks or anything else .
Menu
Front Street Tavern offers delicious food with a great beer selection. The restaurant can get loud during busy times, like Saturday nights, but also has a serene atmosphere at other hours. The staff is well-prepared for the crowds, friendly, and professional. The shepherd’s pie, duck, schnitzel, bang-bang shrimp, and smash burger are all stunning choices for a meal. Customers recommend trying the Arnold Palmer in a pint glass. It’s a nice local spot, especially for something casual and easygoing later in the evening. The back party room is a popular area for special events, featuring a private bar, twinkle lights, and plenty of tables for guests. The rooftop terrace is also an option for dining, offering a different experience. The food is generally good, with options like German schnitzel and salmon. Visitors highlight the wonderful hospitality and the ability to choose a menu for private parties. Remember to plan for parking in the busy North Front Street area.
