why are you not giving customers back there change? why are rounding up on cash tranactions.You did this to 7 customers just today at lunch how many more people have to done this to. Is that legal? I don't think so. Do u need the change to pay your bills?
Maybe I should have gone over the summer bc it seems as though others had a great experience! We went in September, I wrote in 4 times and received no response about how terrible our experience was. Not only was the service terrible, but the amount of time it took for our meal was well over 40 minutes, when other people had gotten to the restaurant later and ate earlier than us.
