“I’ve struggled with finding really delicious wings in the area. It seems like Buffalo was the only place to go-until now. I was recommended to this place and I’m very happy with the quality of the wings. I had Thai and extra hot wings. The only thing is that the extra hot wasn’t hot at all to me. But that’s just me and that certainly doesn’t take away from the quality of the food and the excellent service. Next time I’ll just specify exactly how hot I want the wings. I highly recommend Hickory to anyone who is looking for delicious smoked food.“

Our menu included London Broil, Salmon, Ceasars Salad with Chicken and Vegetable Quiche with side salad. We had a variety of servings. Everything was sooooo good! Best restaurant in Kingston. We couldn't have chosen a better place.“

“We stopped in today for an early dinner and are so happy we did! We started with the bone-in chicken wings — Crack BBQ & Cajun Honey — and let me tell you, that Crack Sauce is AMAZING 👏. “We have used Gwenn and Stone Soup Food Company to cater two events now and have been so impressed! Everything was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and served with care. All of our guests were coming back for seconds and thirds and asking where the food was from. Both times it was easy to work with Stone Soup and they were responsive and quick to respond. Thank you for everything and we highly recommend them!“

Wentz figure: my fame in the Hudson Valley food scene has grown to a point where I can no longer give my name for an order or reservation without raising some eyebrows. This, however, is not a problem at Ollie's. A true New York slice shop, they simply take your order and yell it back out at you 3 seconds before it's ready—piping hot. No time for names. Famous? Big whoop. Next in line (please). Those who are not from the area may consider this to be a lack of service or regard for the clientele. But in reality it is a form of hidden egalitarianism that can only be found where high velocity is the culture.“
