“Okay, my fiancé and I go a lot to the hamburg location never ever have a issue… unfortunately today on a Monday night we both got caught up in work late in the night so we went to the location downtown to grab food togo. When arriving home (a 25 minute drive) and opened bag there was No sauce and 6 sides of pickles that wasn’t asked for instead…. Called back right away and asked for a manger (emily), Emily was not only upset and frustrated with us because we are HUGE sauce people but also wanting to fix the issue right away.. we paid cash and opted for a e-gift card, Emily Right away emailed us $50 for our next visit. My fiancé and I had really hard day today and she made a bad day turn to a good ending,“

“Saturday my wife and I came out for a late lunch. I had a Cinco Capital and she had a chicken sandwich. I have ate her multiple times on lunch at work and loved it but this was my wife’s first time. She loved the chickens breading and is very very picky about chicken. The following morning she said I could really go for another one of those chicken sandwiches. It was just sooooo good. Unfortunately I live an hour away and it would never show up warm and as good as we had for lunch. Keep up the great food and great atmosphere. I always try and suggest or recommend it to my peers.“

“My daughter found this on our trip we always try to find something we do not have back home and this was the spot . When I say hands down the best burger I have had we ordered the loaded fries to share and as my daughter says mom ... this is awesome . the staff was amazing and the cook even came out and talked . “First time here. Great room and atmosphere. Very friendly service with a smile. I ordered “The Quaker” hamburger. Outstanding. So well prepared and the flavors were awesome. We also had the Pretzel Bites as a starter and my burger came with delicious tater tots. My wife ordered the Jr size Billz Mafia burger with flavored tater tots! Also outstanding ! We both highly recommend eating at, ordering take out etc at Off the Wall Sandwich Company! Oh, and we got to meet and personally thank the cook for an outstanding job. Enjoy! We’ll be back!“

All 3 owners were present and we chatted like old friends while I waited for my order. They were testing out a new recipe and insisted that I take an additional burger with their new toppings with me. Needless to say, I am completely satisfied and full. Update: it seems their cider selection has grown since my last appearance, so this place is back in my good graces. The only thing I'm sad about now is that they have a sugary pretzel on their virtual menu but not on their actual menu. I was so excited, for naught. 🥲

“Our waitress tonight was Bridget she was very attentive and excellent in all she did for us. Very friendly and cheerful. The food was amazing steak better than Outback Longhorn Texas Roadhouse and I might add Ruth Chris. Also there Friday unfortunately forgot our girls name. Treated us amazing also. Had a reuben and beef on weck. Best we ever had. There are no slackers at that restaurant! Kudos to them for a wonderful staff and food! Can’t wait to go back. Unfortunately we are 3 hours away in Pennsylvania but well worth the trip!“

“Anderson's roast beef sandwich is amazing. Tender, thinly-sliced beef piled high on a kimmelweck roll with salt and caraway seeds. The horseradish spread is a sharp, sinus-clearing kick, which makes the juicy beef taste even better. Then the vanilla/rich chocolate custard, is creamy, cold and sweet. Definitely worth it!! I'm going back to Buffalo soon to try more of their menu.“

Falafel House is truly a gem. The crispy chicken shawarma was superb—perfectly crispy, incredibly juicy, and bursting with flavor. It honestly felt like eating in the Middle East; the food is that authentic. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered two—one for me and one for my son.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their restaurant. The place itself is spotless and beautifully decorated, which makes the whole experience even better.

Falafel House is an easy 10/10 in every way. Highly recommended!“

Our server, Brie, was excellent - very attentive, courteous and personable. We shared the lamb burger and an order of moules - both were fabulously delicious. Prices were very reasonable. “Usually really good, our order is always right, but sometimes it’s a group of young kids working that don’t really seem to care about whether you get your food/ice cream at a decent time or not. They tend to care more about being on their phones and listening to music/joking with each other than customer service but that seems to be pretty typical these days. Otherwise it’s been good“

“I love this place. They have fantastic happy hour specials for under $10. My favorites are the Tullys tacos and crab dip. My friends and I go here about once a month and I have tried a variety of dishes and have never been disappointed. Large portions. If you want to sit at the bar it is very large so there is plenty of room“

“Stopped here for lunch and had a great meal. The Salty Buffalo plate is a beef on weck (Costanza’s roll-always delish) and 5 wings. Highly recommend this as a lunch or dinner option. Also had the drink special - Moscow Mule which was yummy 😋
My friend had the pulled pork with blackberry BBQ sauce and raved at the taste.
Everything was delicious although the medium wings could have been spicier - would order them hot next time.
The bar and dining area are just what you expect from a sports bar - lots of bar stools and tables that face the TV if you want to watch a game.
Would definitely stop in again - gotta try that BBQ pork sandwich“

“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. We barely made it home Sincerely Disappointed customer“
