“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.
Great experience all around. My first time there. I'll be back!“

“This is a solid Five Guys. I give it 4 stars which is the most I would give a Five Guys. Every employee I have ever interacted with has been really nice, and efficient at their job. For a little while it did seem like the size of the burgers shrunk, and the amount of fries decreased. But last I visited, the food was back to normal and what you wpuld expect from a good Five Guys location.“

“Great place! I was kindly greeted by the sweet girls when I walked in, and they were very accommodating to me and my kids needs. The waitress we had was great and so friendly! She was very helpful and did an amazing job providing us service. The food was delicious as always. And as we left the managers and hostesses continued to be so polite to us, and made our stay wonderful! Highly recommend this place!“

“I left this review on "Where Syracuse Eats"; Oh, my soul! Soft shell crab tacos at Brian's Landing Jamesville. I now want to permanently live here in the middle of their dining room... Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“

“We ordered for the first time tonight, and I just wanted to say that everything was absolutely wonderful, even ordered it for pick up and I can't tell you the last time I had such a great meal to go. “The young man whose name I believe is Rydell (sorry if I spelled it wrong), is one of the nicest and most helpful cashiers I’ve meet. We’ve gone through his check out line multiple times and we’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. In a world where it’s so hard to find anyone that is personable anymore, he really deserves to be recognized by Wegmans! He’s an awesome example.“

“My home away from home. Food is always alr and tasty. Deena Pete that pretty light skinned girl with the pretty hair the cool guy with the cool hair and that other big white lady i think shes the big boss im pretty sure, there good people and they work hard. Good people. Free refills and receipts. Good people in there truly good people. Thank you especially deena, ur the best and my favorite. They got some tunes playing on the radio in there. “The food here is good not bad, but the customer service could use some improvement. I’ve noticed that interactions with delivery drivers aren’t always handled with the same level of professionalism and courtesy you would expect toward other guests. Verifying orders is completely understandable, but communication and tone matter as well. A more respectful and professional approach toward everyone who comes through the door would make for a much better overall experience.“

“Thank you to the management team for replying to my review on our last visit. They were sincerely apologetic and invited us back. I will def go back as I love Applebees and perhaps this was an off day for some staff members . This did not make me happy having to write a negative review but the service was not to par that particular day, Thanks again.“
