“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.
Great experience all around. My first time there. I'll be back!“

“The young man whose name I believe is Rydell (sorry if I spelled it wrong), is one of the nicest and most helpful cashiers I’ve meet. We’ve gone through his check out line multiple times and we’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. In a world where it’s so hard to find anyone that is personable anymore, he really deserves to be recognized by Wegmans! He’s an awesome example.“

“Great place! I was kindly greeted by the sweet girls when I walked in, and they were very accommodating to me and my kids needs. The waitress we had was great and so friendly! She was very helpful and did an amazing job providing us service. The food was delicious as always. And as we left the managers and hostesses continued to be so polite to us, and made our stay wonderful! Highly recommend this place!“

“We had Ponchito's Taqueria cater our son's graduation party on a Sunday — even though they are normally closed — and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was incredible — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. EVERYONE at the party raved about it, and there wasn’t a single taco left from the taco bar! Their team was friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. Thank you so much for your kindness, your amazing food, and for making this day extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

“Dear Five Guys, I’d like to start off by saying how wonderful you are. I am so very sorry for betraying you and recently visiting Shake Shack. It was a lapse in judgment. You may be expensive, but you’re worth every penny. Your burgers and fries are better quality and way better tasting than anything Shake Shack has on their menu.

“My home away from home. Food is always alr and tasty. Deena Pete that pretty light skinned girl with the pretty hair the cool guy with the cool hair and that other big white lady i think shes the big boss im pretty sure, there good people and they work hard. Good people. Free refills and receipts. Good people in there truly good people. Thank you especially deena, ur the best and my favorite. They got some tunes playing on the radio in there. “I left this review on "Where Syracuse Eats"; Oh, my soul! Soft shell crab tacos at Brian's Landing Jamesville. I now want to permanently live here in the middle of their dining room... Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“

“Since it just opened, there is still a massive wait during dinner time, especially on the weekends. If you can, order online with the app a few hours in advance. They turn off online ordering when they get slammed. Even with the online order ahead, my order was 15+ minutes late.“

I will def go back as I love Applebees and perhaps this was an off day for some staff members .
