“Salsa Fresca LaGranjeVille been one of my favorite places, but lately they don't have the necessary ingredients for the meals, the flavor is always the same, very good, all workers are friendly, they always give us good customer service, but I can't say the same about the new Manager, first: she doesn't speak English, so she never solves a problem, second: she treats her co-workers badly, one day I saw how she spoke in an uneducated way to one of them, her character is complicated. Salsa Fresca needs improvement“

“I'm not one for writing reviews. My wife and I tried this place last night and we think this is hands down the best place for Mexican food for miles. I loved the birria tacos. They were packed not only with meat but with flavor. These beat the ones I've had in San Diego by a long shot. My have said the carne asada was the best she's had in awhile. The place is clean and bright with counters to sit at. Order at the register, pick up when they call your name. Nothing fancy, just great food.“

“Sabor has quickly become a family favorite. The food is amazing - flavorful, fresh, and substantial portions. There’s always enough for lunch the next day if you have enough willpower not to eat the whole delicious meal. The restaurant is tiny but clean and consistent with the quality of the food. Don’t miss this hidden gem!“

“Absolutely blown away by everything here! Service was top notch, food was incredible (my friends and I just got a ton of tacos and sides to share, strongly recommend the brisket, al pastor, and chicken tinga tacos). Everything is very clean, music is just right, the entire staff is friendly. Hats off to the staff. It's THAT “

“I guess we are becoming regulars at this place. Food and service are consistently good. Portions are huge and very affordable prices! Last time we went our son wasn't in the mood for Mexican food but we dragged him anyway and he end up getting chicken wings, and I tell you, oh, my, those chicken wings were great! Very crispy and tasty! We had ordered in the past steak tacos, guacamole (we ask less on onions), different enchiladas, steak. I only didn't like pork tacos.“

“I’ve been to Cilantro twice. It has mixed reviews, but I’m not one to be scared off by those. The first time I had the enchiladas de mole poblano y pollo. I try mole often because I love chocolate and the idea of it in a sauce intrigues me. Cilantro’s mole is the best I’ve ever tasted with a richness and depth of flavor I haven’t had elsewhere. My husband had the chicken taco salad and was impressed as well. They did not skimp on the chicken and it didn’t taste like Cisco chicken. Last night I had the black bean and mango salad. It was good but I ate some of it with chips as it was sweet and their salsa is sweet too. House margs are $1.50 off during happy hour - bringing them to $8.50 at the time of this review. José was attentive and my meal came quickly last night.“

“Service was good, workers were great which makes me feel so bad for what I am going to say next but the food was really not okay. It was not fresh and it was not good. The ambiance was amazing and the music and performers were great but the food needs to be upgraded like 5 notches. If you need suggestions get in touch!“

“I haven't had a bad meal here! The restaurant is nicely decorated and we were waited in fairly efficiently until it came time to get the check. The margarita was delicious! I had two tacos and a side of beans and rice. The chicken tinga tacos were a little salty but I still enjoyed it. They were quick to serve us chips and salsa when we arrived. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't yet!“

“Two words: Pozole and Mole. Go. Try both for a wonderful explosion of flavor. The Pozole was chock full of hominy, pork, cabbage and more with a rich and spicy broth. The chicken mole had a deep rich texture that lingered on the taste buds. Service was excellent and the bill was very reasonable.“

“We took a group of people there and really enjoyed it. We are very used to Mexican food having traveled extensively in Mexico and also now live in San Diego. Mexican food is hard to be in San Diego this place came pretty close. Even though we had a very large group took excellent care of us. We especially liked the fajitas in a couple of our people hadn't had them before and says that will be there go to dish from now on.The service there was amazing it seem like every two minutes someone was by asking if we something.I highly recommend this place like to take some pictures unfortunately the battery died did not come out.Parking: open.“

“I was seated immediately and served promptly. I ordered a fresh strawberry margarita, and the strawberries in the drink were fresh and real. I ordered huaraches Pastor, and it was absolutely delicious. Anybody who thinks this food isn’t great , clearly doesn’t know the difference between Americanized, Mexican food, and the real deal.“

“This place is a hidden gem. I wish I knew what I was missing. The food is made to order. Small tacos, small price. The burrito is very filling. The guacamole is fresh and delicious. The family that owns it is so nice. They're closed on Mondays. This is a definite must try. It'll be my weekly visit.“

“This is my second trip to one of this local chain's restaurants and I was once again very happy! Good food for reasonable prices, and the drinks were also very good! I'll definitely go back. Got the Super Tacos with chorizo and I'd highly recommend “

“This place has been here a while; albeit under different names and management. The interior is very large and pleasantly decorated. The usual Mexican restaurant look. Sombreros and brightly glazed ceramics. There's WiFi - the letter G and then their phone number. Tried the lunch portion enchilada Rancho, it's a normal sized portion with a side of rice and beans. The rice wasn't reheated under a salamander; all crispy and hard. Very good and not overly spicy. Service is very attentive and accommodating. There's a multigenerational clientele . I'll definitely stop in next time I'm in the area.“

“Best Mexican food in the area. Isiah was one of our servers and took care of us. The entire staff was attentive and made sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. It was our first time here, we will definitely be back. Chips and salsa came out hot and fresh.“
