My husband and I were doing a little beverage trail around the lake George area and found Lake George Distilling. The website said they were closed so we were very excited to see that they actually were open. My husband did the 3 tastings for $8 (they even let you keep the shot glass) and I got an $8 moonshine mango slushee. Everything was so good. We left with a bottle of the apple pie moonshine! Worth a visit!
On vacation and a friend and I spotted this place. Stopped in. Perfect place to try on a vacation. Something I probably wouldn't make time back home. We both did the $8 3 sampler which came with a free shot glass. I am by no means a moonshine or Bourbon expert but I like the three I tried which were Lemonade, apple pie and regular Bourbon. My friend LOVED the Rye and actually purchased a bottle. Very nice knowledgeable lady behind the counter.

We were visiting the area and stumbled across this place. It is family owned and they do everything. We met Rachel who was working that day. She is very friendly and explains each product and what makes it unique. I had two favorite things that I tasted. I tried the Cinnamon Whiskey. If your a fan of Fireball you will love this.
