THE EMPLOYEE NEED TO LEARN MANNERS. PLEASE, THANK YOU, YOU'RE WELCOME, ETC.. We just went through and the person at the window was rude. She practically threw our drink at us and slammed the window. To top it the drink was not a smoothie it was watery. We went back through and complained she rolled her eyes and made us wait forever to just give us the same one back (I marked it in two places)
I truly hope management sees this review, I had the best experience in this store tonight 40 minutes to close. The team of young men were really on top of my order, They were all genuinely friendly and kind. I love coming here and have for years. The crew tonight deserves to be praised. Refreshing to see young people totally exceed my expectations.
I used to frequent here a few months ago, but the service was declining significantly. I recently tried it again a few days ago and I can safely say it has changed a lot. I have gone 3 times and have only seen the same two female employees, who are both friendly. I’ve had a few issues with mixups recently and they are often very slow, so I can’t give them 4 stars.
