Caffe Rustica is a hidden gem with spectacular food, great service, and comfortable seating. The staff are incredibly nice and the food is always hot and tasty, with incredible presentation. They offer vegetarian options and have wheelchair accessibility on the first level. Customers have described the food as top-notch Italian cuisine and have rated the overall experience as 8 out of 10. While some improvements in attire and service were suggested, the ambiance was described as very nice, albeit a bit too dark for some. Despite some initial drink mishaps, the meals, including Melanzana Arrabiata and Sweet Thai Chile Shrimp, were excellent, as were the espresso coffees and cheesecake.
