Heated walkways are non existent now. Only 1 outdoor ( adult only ) hot tub working and wasn’t filled with enough water so jets were annoying when on, spewing water in faces. The pool was absolutely NOT warm enough to swim in and nobody was in it, not even kids so you know it was cold. If you can’t keep the amenities up stop promoting them and charging for them.

The Costellos’ wedding at Whiteface Lodge was nothing short of magical! Surrounded by stunning mountain views and the warm, rustic charm of the lodge, the dance floor was alive all night. We had an absolute blast bringing the party and can't wait to be back!
Amazing space. Pools and hot tubs are amazing. Everything you need on site. No need to leave the resort. Have stayed several times. The staff has always been great
