The salads were overdressed—order dressing on side. My husbands short ribs came out barely warm, to cold. It took them 10 minutes to properly warm the food. Ambiance is outstanding...but not worth the hassle of having to train the kitchen. We Will eat at the bar next door, next time.
Dinner was excellent at Kanu. The dining room is spectacular and was still decorated for the holidays. So beautiful, creating a wonderful ambiance. Dinner is expensive but expected and the service was terrific. The Brussel sprouts appetizer is a "don't miss". BS with walnuts, goat cheese, and a sweet dressing. Oh my. The scallops were delicious and the truffle pasta was good, not great. All in all, a great experience.

Even though we arrived early we were promptly seated in this stunning ADK rustic inspired dining room. The vaulted room is flanked by two stone hearths. Great atmosphere. Our server was polite, friendly, well informed on the menu, and she even took some time to chit chat with us. The food was top notch. Everything was cooked just right. Highly recommend.
