A gift from my husband & myself to give my daughter and Son in law a mini honeymoon was such a stressful ordeal up until the day before the wedding. My daughter checks in and someone at the front desk makes a negative comment about her mother who made the reservation! I emailed Mary Catherine & Jenna who are supposedly managers over a week ago with my feedback. Nothing from either of them. Disgrace !

Heated walkways are non existent now. Only 1 outdoor ( adult only ) hot tub working and wasn’t filled with enough water so jets were annoying when on, spewing water in faces. The pool was absolutely NOT warm enough to swim in and nobody was in it, not even kids so you know it was cold. If you can’t keep the amenities up stop promoting them and charging for them.

My husband and I visited the Whiteface Lodge for our 5th wedding anniversary. I called the week of our reservation and had a very hard time getting a hold of anyone. During our stay, there was only one hot tub working, which EVERYONE was using. But the worst part is that I mistakenly left behind the anniversary necklace my husband gifted to me.
