We went back yesterday 2/12/26...we got there around 1:30...thinking it wouldn't be too busy on a Thursday afternoon...wrong! It was packed with tons of snowmobilers! Plus a good amount of people in cars and trucks...they were slammed! So there was a little extra wait for the server to get to us, but the gentleman was running the bar trying to keep up with the snowmobilers, and the tables on the bar side...he was fantastic! Dont think he stopped running the entire time we were there! Pleasant too! And of course the food was amazing as always!! Didn't get his name but everyone in that place was running their butts off trying to keep up with everyone!!!”

“We have been meeting friends at the Acorn Pub for years and are so thankful for the friendliness and service we always find there. We had burgers and salads there last night and the temperature in the pub was incredibly cold. Everyone at the bar had on their outdoor coats and hats and the diners at most of the tables as well. We have never encountered this before and hope it was a one night problem. We love skiing at Oak Mountain and are so thankful you are in our community!”

“I am visiting from Arizona and came here with my mom and sisters for a quick coffee. We ended up getting food too because the menu was tempting. Mom just said "that was all delicious- like SO good" and I 100% agree. We had some iced lattes, a London fog, the almond danish (it has a creamy marzipan filling and OMG I want the recipe) and the Lumberjack breakfast sandwich 🤤 we will have to stop again on our way out of town 😊 great service and good cozy vibes. From the moment we arrived, Jeremiah went above and beyond to accommodate our large party. Our reservation was made very last minute, and with 53 adults and children, there were a lot of moving parts. Despite what must have been a challenging situation, Jeremiah handled everything with incredible grace, professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.

It was clear that the restaurant was not fully staffed for a group of our size, yet Jeremiah and the team members assisting him worked tirelessly to ensure everyone was taken care of. They never made us feel like an inconvenience and continued to serve us with kindness and efficiency throughout the evening.

In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Jeremiah truly stood out as a rockstar. His dedication and commitment to providing a great experience did not go unnoticed.
