“Went tonight for veterans day meal ,i really appreciated it they have been doing this for 17yrs,and also really impressed by the GREAT parents and two kids who handed out a carnation's to every vet in their (on their own dime and time ?)things like that don't happen much anymore they are doing a really great job of raising those kids better than 90% of high schools and colleges anymore. Lets hope they raise more kids just like that.

“Always feels crowded (they are working on this - construction underway!) and they have limited serving hours (breakfast ends at a given time). Food is okay - service is helpful and adaptable (we had people join us and they accommodated us without issue). Friendly staff.
Parking: Parking has been crowded anytime I've been there.
Kid-friendliness: Server was very nice to kids ... accommodating.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very crowded and narrow pathways. Access is possible, but problematic.“

“My wife and I go there every Saturday night and of course we ask for Paige. She is great. She is part of the friendly atmosphere and we really enjoy the food. I do like Will the manager since he goes around and asks customers if everything is OK.“

“Great outside seating overlooking marina and lake. Have eaten here several times and it is definitely one of our favorites in the Jamestown area. Food is excellent and prices fair (actually a bit lower than expected). Servers are friendly and attentive.“

“We were up at Lake Chautauqua from Pittsburgh, had breakfast at this diner. What a hidden gem. Food was delicious and owner Mark who is also the cook is salt of the earth type person. Must eat there!!!!!“
“The village casino has a decent atmosphere. The food is mediocre and their food menu is over priced. This place would not survive outside the village That being said it’s a nice place To enjoy a cocktail or drink and watch the sunset.“

“Sports bar atmosphere - food was excellent - salad was well made with tasty dressing
... and a good helping of both. Entree was plated nicely ... salad served on chilled plate and entree on warmed. Silverware is good quality and napkins are some of the highest quality available. Service was ftiendly and top notch. Honestly, everything was several steps above what you'd expect from a sports bar! Kudos!!! A nice experience - I plan to return!

“Guppy’s is our “go-to restaurant.” When someone visits from out of town, we take them to Guppy’s. When I want a Friday fish fry, Guppy’s has the best. Look out for weekday specials! Steamed mussels in butter and garlic for two with a side of fries is awesome. My wife always finds delicious gluten free selections and the chefs are always accommodating. Did I mention the great drinks and beer selection? Gondola seating is fun (a couple of times) and there is patio seating as well as indoors for when the snowmobiles are in use - lol. Highly recommended!

Parking: Large parking area behind the restaurant. Even that can get full during tourist season but you can park along side road.“

“So incredibly thankful for 2 Gingers Inn. My husband and I absolutely love going there for our day dates. They have the best food and drinks and everyone who works there is just amazing. Lisa, Dave, and Hannah especially make it feel like home. You feel a sense of comfortability and welcomeness while you are there. It’s our favorite place to go to eat/drink in Jamestown. This little Irish Pub never disappoints. Definitely worth the drive down 2nd St!“

“Family diner (literally family ... Mark is my brother-in-law) Food is old fashioned diner food and prices are kept low so people can bring their family. Kinda like "Cheers" for the diner crowd ... Don't be surprised if people talk to you when you're there - it's just that kinda place. Breakfast/Lunch.“

“My wife and I have golfed here for years! And for the last 5 years the course has been getting better and better. This summer, I was amazed at the condition of the fairways and the greens. Amazing golfing for the value. Strongly recommend. After a fun round, the food and drinks really hit the spot. And the staff is always friendly and outgoing! Keep up the great work!! “The review is for the bar only, as we did not eat here. We stayed in the hotel here for a couple of days on vacation and visited the bar Friday and Saturday nights after coming back from dinner in town. We had Derick for our bartender both nights. He was friendly and made a really good Tequila Sunrise! His LIT was just okay and his Jack and Cokes were as they should have been made. The bar has a smaller selection to make cocktails. He wasn't able to make a Mai Tai (although he tried by getting online to see recipe). It is pretty common bar drink, but he didn't know how to make it and didn't have the ingredients needed. He also could not make a Singapore Sling, but that is obviously not a common bar drink, so no biggie. We sat outside over the water the first night and in the bar watching TV the next night due to the cold from the rain. Seating in and out is very comfortable.“
