“Larry's is a pillar of the community in Westfield! No frills, Cash only (there's an ATM just inside the door), simple but excellent bar food that comes out hot and fast! Their wings are incredible - I recommend the "Bernie's Special Sauce" On any given night there can be 2 - 40 people. There's the bar to the right that seats about 10, maybe 12? Then a bunch of tables/hightops/standing shelves. Bartenders are quick, nice, no-nonsense. No fancy cocktails here, basic brews, spirits, and great food! Light bar fare, burgers/wings/fried apps maybe a fish sandwich here and there. If you like wings and hometown bars, stop in for an hour and take in the scene. Only open evenings.“
“1st times party of 4. Everything was great from the apps to the meal. I had the flat iron steak. It was done perfectly. We shall return with no question. We sat by the front door it was a tad chilly . It is WNY winter time. Very impressed.“
“This is a special place with special people. I came in asking for help how to get to Fredonia since my car broke down. Soon the entire establishment joined in figuring out the problem. The lady behind the counter made a phone call to a transportation service that some locals heard about and along with other guests came up with a pickup (Jacks Barcelona) and drop off location. Big, big thanks and a ton of gratitude. BTW, Uber was not willing to come here!Ps. Burger was great too.“
“Happened upon this diner during a fuel stop and so very happy we did. Super fresh everything: greens, bread, home made soup w large chunks of chicken, and the overall food was great. Had the House salad which was huge, loads of fresh ham and chicken, bolied egg, and fresh fries on top!! Heaven. Coffee good too. Hope to find this place again one day.“
“The Bark Grill is fantastic. If you are visiting the area I highly recommend you dine here. Really charming old restaurant with excellent food. Staff and service are top notch. Chef owned business so you know they are doing things the right way. Can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10“
“Wow, Wow, Wow. Several weeks ago we visited the Nickel Plate for the first time on a Sunday for dinner with friends. The young man who acted as bartender and server was most hospitable and did a superb job. Food was great and the prices are very reasonable. The place is laid back and very close to the railroad tracks so train lovers will get a thrill. Our second visit was this past Monday which happened to be "open mike night" starting at 7. The food again was excellent and the musical talent was great. You really need to put this hidden jem on your bucket list. By the way we hear that Wednesdays are 50 cent wing night and they are reported to be very good. Also on Mondays they had $5.99 4 ounce burger or roast beef on wick for the same price.“
“Stopped in for dinner while visiting the area. Definitely somewhere locals go often so that says a lot about the reliability of a place. The server was so friendly, the food was tasty, the pie was amazing, but service was really slow. I am not sure what their goals are, but if they spruce up the place, it could be really attractive.“
“Drove by at least 100 times. Decided to stop as my wife was hungry. Literally enjoyed everything about the place. My chicken pot pie was so good I took their buy 10 get one free offer. Spent $35 on brunch and another $120 to go. I'll be back next Spring for sure. Oh yeah the owner stayed late so I could retrieve my forgotten cell phone. Highly recommend reservations and recommend through and through. Mike“
