“My wife and I just celebrated our wedding anniversary and part of the celebration was dinner at The Bemus Point Inn. The food was fantastic with just the right sized portions. The staff were very nice. My wife has a gluten allergy and she felt confident that the food was safe for her based on how the staff responded when alerted to the dietary need.“

“The village casino has a decent atmosphere. The food is mediocre and their food menu is over priced. This place would not survive outside the village That being said it’s a nice place To enjoy a cocktail or drink and watch the sunset.“

“Guppy’s is our “go-to restaurant.” When someone visits from out of town, we take them to Guppy’s. When I want a Friday fish fry, Guppy’s has the best. Look out for weekday specials! Steamed mussels in butter and garlic for two with a side of fries is awesome. My wife always finds delicious gluten free selections and the chefs are always accommodating. Did I mention the great drinks and beer selection? Gondola seating is fun (a couple of times) and there is patio seating as well as indoors for when the snowmobiles are in use - lol. Highly recommended!

Parking: Large parking area behind the restaurant. Even that can get full during tourist season but you can park along side road.“

“My wife and I have golfed here for years! And for the last 5 years the course has been getting better and better. This summer, I was amazed at the condition of the fairways and the greens. Amazing golfing for the value. Strongly recommend. After a fun round, the food and drinks really hit the spot. And the staff is always friendly and outgoing! Keep up the great work!! “This place is CASH only, it's a food truck, but there is covered outdoor picnic tables and you can also sit inside the trolley to eat. The food is typical food truck food greasy and for the most part pretty yummy. Really liked the Mac n cheese although it needed salt & pepper (no biggie). The cuban was good, but personally I prefer the panini version. This was on Texas toast type bread. The pork was a little dry, but not gross. The only real complaint I had was the pickles because they gave me the outside ends and they were very tough and mostly just skin. Overall we'd go back.“

“We just had a phenomenal dinner at Intermezzo and we could not be more pleased. The service was the best we have experienced in Chautauqua ( and outside of CHQ). The specialty cocktails were all delicious and well crafted. We had an appetizer of tuna tacos that was huge and flavorful. One of us had the shrimp “cargots “ (also a app)which was accompanied by two huge slabs of bread for dipping. Two of us had the shrimp and grits which was divine. One person had the buratta on focaccia and it rocked. I had the pizza of marinara, truffle oil, mushrooms and cheese which melted in my mouth and it had cauliflower crust that was the best I have had. The wines were also great. To top it all off, it was comparatively inexpensive to other places on the ground. Totally worth a visit.“

“I usually order the bourbon chicken to be delivered I have to say so much kudos to this place. I am allergic to shrimp so I asked them if they could accommodate by giving me extra potatoes and they do. After I place my order through Uber Eats, I automatically call them to let them know please not put the shrimp on it and they know who I am at this point and automatically say to me we know extra potatoes and they are so kind on the phone. everything taste delicious I can’t say enough, many many kudos“

“Family diner (literally family ... Mark is my brother-in-law) Food is old fashioned diner food and prices are kept low so people can bring their family. Kinda like "Cheers" for the diner crowd ... Don't be surprised if people talk to you when you're there - it's just that kinda place. Breakfast/Lunch.“

“The review is for the bar only, as we did not eat here. We stayed in the hotel here for a couple of days on vacation and visited the bar Friday and Saturday nights after coming back from dinner in town. We had Derick for our bartender both nights. He was friendly and made a really good Tequila Sunrise! His LIT was just okay and his Jack and Cokes were as they should have been made. The bar has a smaller selection to make cocktails. He wasn't able to make a Mai Tai (although he tried by getting online to see recipe). It is pretty common bar drink, but he didn't know how to make it and didn't have the ingredients needed. He also could not make a Singapore Sling, but that is obviously not a common bar drink, so no biggie. We sat outside over the water the first night and in the bar watching TV the next night due to the cold from the rain. Seating in and out is very comfortable.“

“The number of dishes were not that many. Food definitely was cleaner and fresh compared to other Asian buffets. The place is huge with a lot of seating. Clean restrooms. Service was not that great. I had to wave to the waitress so I could get drink ordered after waiting 10mins, the place wasn't even busy.“
