The ramen was solid. Nothing to write home about but we had a bad experience with one of the employees.He greeted us with super low energy to the point where it was just awkward and then he brought us our bowls and his thumbs were in our food. Not professional
I ordered the chef's special ramen and was disappointed. ☹️ The noodles were great (texture was exactly right and pretty good flavor) and you can't go wrong with slabs of pork, but the broth and other toppings were all wrong. There were pieces of cabbage, which I appreciate for the thought of adding leafy vegetables to my diet but it didn't work. Give me seaweed instead anyday. Food was great but the hostess both times i went was rude on her phone and took a few seconds to acknowledge me while i just stood there. Really put a damper on the experience felt very unwelcoming. It sucks because we love ramen but dont love the service especially the hostesses hopefully they find someone who is pleasant and friendly to greet people and dont act bothered when we come in
