When you enter, there is a narrow pathway to the register but a very big sandwich making area with alot of choices and premium meats. “My son and I went here after I did my research to find the best delis in Hell’s Kitchen, and this was consistently the top answer. We had limited time in NYC, so every place we visited had to count, and Sergimmo’s did not disappoint. I had a Caesar salad, while my son had a Pasta al Pomodoro e Basilico. Both were great, and so was the shop owner’s treatment of us, obviously not from around the area. Next time we’re in NYC, we’ll be back!“

Well - much to my surprise new owner and better than ever! The MOST delicious caprese sandwich I have EVER had, good coffee and the most delightful fellow taking care of me. I guess it was the wonderful proprietor who could not have been more delightful or welcoming. “Best deli sandwiches I've tried so far outside of NYC. That being said, there was a bit of a delay with my pickup since I used their actual website and not one of the delivery apps. Sounded like they had forgotten to check it, I imagine the apps get way more traffic. A bit annoying but they quickly made it on the spot and apologized.Anyways, we ordered a pastrami and Italian sandwich. The pastrami sandwich was 4.5/5, a good amount of meat, nice crispy edges, but maybe a hair too salty on some bites. Paired it with some home made spicy mayo and it brought it to 5/5. Definitely getting this again.The Italian was solid and provided loads of meat. We enjoyed it but personally would have liked a tad more oil and vinegar. We gave this a 4/5.Both sandwiches are so packed that they can easily be split up into 2 pieces (maybe even 3 depending on who's eating it). So great option for leftovers.Recommend coming here if you're in the neighborhood looking for a great sub.“

The salads (macaroni, potato, Cole slaw) that came along with the order were on point! For reference we had the Marco Polo, siciliano, pork sliders, and the mini sandwiches ( one full tray of vegetarian) EVERYONE came over to us to say how delicious everything was.
