“The smash burger was delicious!!! Taste like a homemade burger. It was Halloween, and there were probably only two employees there, but they were still polite and apologized for the wait. After walking for 3 hours straight. Who cares! The indoor seating area was clean and comfortable with many booths to reign in my hyper child. The bathrooms were clean and had a sterdy lock. The hand dryer didn't work, but overall a pleasant experience.

“Picked up some Boozy Moo ice cream at the Schenectady Farmers Market. I got the Kentucky Butter Pecan and the Whiskey Netflix and Chill. The Kentucky Butter Pecan is awesome!! It is the perfect blend of liquor and butter pecan ice cream. The Whiskey, Netflix and Chill?? Oh my gosh!! One can DEFINITELY taste the whiskey!! Both are delicious!! Will definitely be trying more flavors and going to the location in Albany.“

“Took my wife and son here for our first rolled ice cream experience. The owners were very kind and answered all of our questions. Amazing ice cream and very clean shop and atmosphere. All the ingredients were very fresh.

“TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!“

“Haven’t been here in over 6 years (moved out of state) and was pleasantly surprised. The prices are literally the same from years ago, which is nice. For what I got- I was shocked when she only said $5.25. I’m like- “oh?” Lol so that’s exciting. In NJ, ice cream is sort of overpriced so that was refreshing. And the Sundae tasted amazing!!“

“I tried Guptil's ice cream for the first time after hearing so much about their soft serve, and I had to give it a shot. I opted for the coffee-vanilla mix, and it was great—so creamy and rich! I also loveeeedddd the generous amount of ice cream they put on my cone; Guptil's definitely doesn’t skimp! My friend had an enormous sundae, and he really enjoyed it.

The staff was patient and sweet, and I was surprised by how many people were waiting for ice cream at 9:30 PM. However, the staff was super quick, so the line moved fast. They offer a huge variety—sundaes, soft serve, hard ice cream, shakes, and malts.

Just a heads-up, Guptil's is cash only, but they do have an ATM on-site.“

“16 Handles in Clifton Park did such an amazing job for a graduation party that I had. They allow you to order as many varieties as you want. The great thing is it covers all kinds of dietary restrictions. Everyone was able to have it!!! It was such a big hit at the party and I can’t wait for the opportunity to use them again!!! “Franks has the best of both worlds; Italian food and ice cream. Don’t miss out on their holiday treats or the fact that they are open almost year round. The staff is friendly and always treats my family great when we visit for a quick dinner and treat. One of our favorite places to have dinner with the kids.“

“Absolutely delicious. I've only had boba once before (at a different location) and it was so...bland? I didn't like it. I tried this place out on a whim with my friends and I was shocked! It knocked it out of the park in regards to taste. I got a milk tea with boba but it was so delicious that I'm still thinking about it! If you want boba go here. If you're nearby, get boba! I cannot hype this place up enough“

“It is for sure overpriced usually less than $10 a person. But when I want birthday cake remix with an extra brownie mixed in who else can I trust really??❤️ Idk about customer service it's sometimes crowded but it's ice cream the line goes quick. They could be rude but I wouldn't know I'm only listening to my ice cream being made ?. One person said they rather go to Stewart's which sometimes I will also just settle for a mint cookie crumble. But I would never say it's superior than Cold Stones.“
