“Fast food. Exactly what you would expect. The service is really dependent on who is working. Each visit will be unique in that aspect.
I've been a handful of times since it opened. This time, the shakes we ordered were only a little more than half full. Asked them to please fill them, they are expensive. They fixed them, no problem.
Food comes packaged so you could munch on it while traveling.“

“The Dutch Udder is the BEST ice cream shop in the Cap Region hands down. The ice cream is produced in small batches so flavor selections are always changing.*dont worry, there are 6 staples offered 24/7. Some flavor combo's are surprisingly stange, but work! Others, flat out home runs!! Pistachio and Bacon Burbon Butter Pecan are my two current favorites. Look forward to tasting new favorites. Owners and staff are incredibly hospitality.“

“TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!“

“Picked up some Boozy Moo ice cream at the Schenectady Farmers Market. I got the Kentucky Butter Pecan and the Whiskey Netflix and Chill. The Kentucky Butter Pecan is awesome!! It is the perfect blend of liquor and butter pecan ice cream. The Whiskey, Netflix and Chill?? Oh my gosh!! One can DEFINITELY taste the whiskey!! Both are delicious!! Will definitely be trying more flavors and going to the location in Albany.“

“16 Handles in Clifton Park did such an amazing job for a graduation party that I had. They allow you to order as many varieties as you want. The great thing is it covers all kinds of dietary restrictions. Everyone was able to have it!!! It was such a big hit at the party and I can’t wait for the opportunity to use them again!!! I have been a fan from the start, when you receive such good customer service it just takes it to the next level!! Thank you for adding to the whole experience.“

“Franks has the best of both worlds; Italian food and ice cream. Don’t miss out on their holiday treats or the fact that they are open almost year round. “Absolutely delicious. I've only had boba once before (at a different location) and it was so...bland? I didn't like it. I tried this place out on a whim with my friends and I was shocked! It knocked it out of the park in regards to taste. I got a milk tea with boba but it was so delicious that I'm still thinking about it! If you want boba go here. If you're nearby, get boba! I cannot hype this place up enough“

“Had a great time, went out with my roommate to grab a bite, and Fatima was our waitress, and she was genuinely such a kind soul and made us laugh till our stomach’s hurt, never once was our drinks empty, and maintained a calm consistent pace of the table. 10/10 will be asking for her again.“
