We went throught the drive through and got to pay and the guy asked what was your order. Then said wait a min hands my husband back his credit card with two dollars and what he thought was a quarter which was a dollar piece. My husband said what is this. I charged you for the wrong thing. Great now I have to check our card to see what he did. When we finally got our food it was wrong. Just close this store down it’s just getting worse worse slow I waited 45 minutes for my Mobile app order . Customer service sucks need to get rid of everyone working there
French fry’s Luke warm at best.Tables filthy took our number from the Kiosk and placed it on the one table that was half clean. On the order number we placed on the table it required to be placed on the table and they will bring your food to that specific table when ready. Well approximately 10 to 15 minutes later one of the servers announced over the counter that we could come up and pick the order up! Very unprofessional.
