Subway in Latham

“Honestly it's Subway, I place an order online, get there when I expect the order to be ready and it's done correctly and waiting for me. Great staff each time for the past 2 years I have been going, food is good for Subway. Not much else to say, it's what it is.“

“I have started recently going to Subway restaurants discovering their mobile app and friendly menu to my dietary needs. The staff at this location are so friendly and recognize me by face or know me by name which is really comforting, especially at a franchise. The staff are all great and the food has always been fresh and quickly served!“

“I placed an online order on 11/11/23 and requested the food be ready in 45 minutes. It was not. Staff had just started making the subs when I arrived 45 minutes after placing it. What's the point of online ordering and selecting a time if the food isn't going to be ready? I would understand if it was during a lunch rush, however, that wasn't the case. Why did I wait so long to post the review here? Apparently I posted this review for a different store, for which I'm very sorry. I didn't find out until yesterday.“

“This subway is in Walmart. I ordered through the app to take advantage of the 6.99 foot long promotion(please keep this pricing, the normal prices are too high for the sandwich ingredient quality). Sana was working on the sandwich when I arrived and was great to deal with. Smile on her face the whole time, asking if everything was correct. It was a great sandwich with great service at a fair price. Subway making a comeback?“
