“We love the tea selection and haven’t disliked any. Service in the restaurants is fair. Beware of purchasing products other than tea as I was given a very hard time over returning a defective tea mug, despite having the box and receipt. Not a good experience. I strongly advise against purchasing gift cards. They sell them, but don’t always have the ability to apply them toward purchases due to their suboptimal payment process. I have lost money several times on gift cards that I received due to their inability or incompetence at 2 locations. Also, their gift cards expire, cannot be applied to online purchase without a lengthy wait time and process. Currently waiting for a response to use my gift card for an online purchase. Won’t hold my breath. Whistling kettle also likes to tack on an extra fee for guaranteed delivery that is difficult to decline. Online purchasing is often challenging. I have reluctantly purchased tea elsewhere as every other tea site is easier to use.“
