“Locally owned by nice folks.Tuna and Swiss was delicious. The bread was really good and it was toasted to perfection.The sandwich comes with regular ruffles style chips.It’s a small place with only 2-3 people working so the wait was a little long for just a sandwich. I was a bit frustrated by how long it took them to take my order and then again how long it took to make the sandwich (probably 5-7 min waiting to have the order taken and then at least 10-15 min to make it) but the family is so kind and the customer service made up for it. They also have house made hot sauce that will burn your lips lol I liked the peach habanero oneThe açai bowls also look like they are delicious.I’d like to come back and try another sandwich or an açai bowl in the future.“
“I order 3 food long sub from this place.I always eat tuna sandwich from subway. ( I can only eat halal meat). They always make my sub without any cross contamination. Every time I come to visit, this is the first stop as I cross the grand island bridge into the Falls.Treated the wife and stepson to a cheese steak, and they both stated "this is the best cheese steak I've ever had!" It was so good as always. Currently the inside seating area is under renovations, so it is only takeaway service at the side window, and cash only.“

“Excellent. 15 nice sized sub sandwiches on a plastic tray beautifully displayed. Very fresh bread with assorted mixed display of meat, tuna and vegi. Small side cups of mustard, majo and sub sauce with a generous dish of onion and green peppers for extra toppings. Very impressed with the display and freshness and will do it again.“
“Viola’s is a mom and pop shop where the majority of customers order for take out. I am a dedicated customer who comes here specifically for their steak and cheese sub which is a taste of my childhood and a must get for my family and I whenever we are in the area.Yes, the size is small in comparison to other sub shops but it’s the classic Viola’s FLAVOUR that has me hooked.I’ve tried other subs from a variety of other locations in the NF and Buffalo region and they might be bigger and have more steak but I always come back to Viola’s.I’ve never tried any other sub from Viola’s in my 50 years so I can’t provide an opinion on anything else…. “Right away as soon as I walked in I was acknowledged by a very polite but busy lady, that was refreshing!I did not have to wait long for my order to be taken and completed, which was a club sub. The price was very reasonable. On a roll 2 for 2 no pun intended. The best part was eating it, omg the ingredients were all fresh and crafted together deliciously, one of the best sub I have had. I will definitely become a regular and highly recommend this place for all.“

“Liz and zack were awesome, they mixed my wrap like it should be made, most of the staff usually just throws in ingrediants and you end up getting half the wrap meat and half lettuce and just doesnt taste right, the way liz and zach make them is the way i would make it at home, all employees should be trained this way, thank you for the excellent wrap!!!!“

“This was three years ago but 12/3/2022 i came in around 725pm asking for a sub cashier behind the register was so rude said we are closed meaning subway was closed but online it says 8pm they close i told the cashier when subway closes they put all the condiments and food for subs in cooler the food was still in the sub making station so that tells me she didnt want to work so i give them no stars they suck and good help is so hard to find“
