“Good service. I placed a mobile order online and something went wrong so they never received it. They were very friendly in helping me resolve/reorder and made sure I checked that it wasn't sent to another location etc so I wasn't paying twice. Very short wait to get my order after placing it. Great staff at this location.“
“This location is my favorite in the entire world. The staff is awesome. The place is so clean. No drive thru here so lines can be long. Jessica, Leslie, and Tina make awesome drinks. Prakash the manager is also very nice and friendly. If you’re going for a breakfast sandwich.. ask for Tina. She makes the best breakfast sandwiches.“
“Happy to say today I came into Dunkin’ Donuts on sunrise highway and found a worker that really listened. He smiled as I walked in, very rare, and made my purchase extremely pleasant. “The first time I came here I was very disappointed. My order was wrong and the bec I got was completely burnt and almost inedible. This location is close to my house so I decided to give them another chance. The current staff is nice, helpful and get my order right every time. The coffee/food has gotten a lot better also!“
