“Visiting my childhood home town from Boston. Childhood friend and I drove by Bayview Kitchen on our way home. Initially thought it was a kitchen reno store then realized it was a restaurant. Decided to try. Always up for adventure. What a WOW! Staff from entry to restraunt were warm and friendly. Love the decor sleek and so clean. Service was great. Now the important part..the food. We both had the j*** chicken tostada which was super delicious. Ingredients were so fresh.. Right amount of spice and ingredients with a nice kick. Got a chance to speak with owner and chef. They were so proud of their restaurant and looking to hear our thoughts on our meal. We told them it was extra special. They are looking to provide fresh quality soul food to the community and I would say they exceeded our expectations. Wishing them success and looking to return on my next visit to Amityville. The outside stone work decor is so beautiful. Thank you for a great food experience. Give this place a try I believe you will not be disappointed.“

“From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles. The lovely lady serving my bowl saw me rubbing my belly and immediately knew I was expecting. She was nice to me. And made sure my order was perfect for me and my expecting twins. The cashier woman whose name is Jackie was so excited for me. “So I go to Whitman vacuum to get one of my girlfriends sewing machines fixed. They tell me that they need some time to look at it and tell me to come back in about an hour so now I’m thinking that I’d really like something to eat so I really don’t know what’s around me and I open up perplexity and ask perplexity to find me a place where I can get a nice deli sandwich so the first one that pops up is deli Works I take the ride down 110 turn up Walt Whitman Rd. And there it is on the right hand side nice parking lot I go in. I tell the story and everything and ask for my sausage, egg and cheese with potatoes. They’re very friendly in there. I share the story about Perplexity. The place is a beautiful deli. It looks like they’re really set up to to make a lot of food for the food rushes around here. The sandwich comes to a little over eight dollars with a coffee. How do you beat that and it’s fantastic. Even better they have their coffee absolutely dialed in. I would come here just for a cup of coffee fantastic place.“

“Had such a great experience at Just Salad yesterday! There was an associate that helped on Thursday evening around 7 ( I think Ulises but I was starving at my have misheard). He was so patient with me while I asked 800 questions about the ingredients because of my diet. I was starving and he was so kind and helpful, he honestly made my day better! I live in Queens and wish this location was closer because I’d definitely be back. 😊“
