poor customer service, I went to the Friendly's in Liverpool ny they left me standing at the front for 20 minutes ignoring me and several other people never coming over to say there was a wait or anything then I start talking to people coming in that I had been waiting that long and no one had come over so a waitress comes over and says it's going to be another 30 min when 3 tables had just left , this makes no sense I was first in line with a party of 2 . this is NOT the first...read full review
Good food. Friendly server. A bit slow but worth the wait
took 2 hours to get food and then one of the burgers was cold, difficult to get drink refills and when we told server we didn't want to wait for ice cream she had attitude...we figured 2 hours was long enough! Shame as most Friendly's are already closed! Guess I can see why!
