The staff - Michele, Jess and Mason - looked after us so well. Really made the stay very special and Michele in particular made us feel so welcome and that every request was no problem. Making the booking (with Elizabeth) was really easy and we liked that Will proactively made the effort to call us before dinner whilst we were driving up from the city to see if we wanted to push the booking back a little so that we didn't have to rush. This food was da bomb. This food popped off, no cap on god. Gordon Ramsey, wheres you at? Because you ain't got nothing on The Dabomb. I mean The Debruce.Food & drinks: Bussin.

We came for the seven-course tasting menu. But if you stay the night at the hotel, dinner for two and breakfast are included. Meaning that the room is practically free. The room is charming, the grounds beautiful, and, most importantly, the dinner was world class. Seriously. Can’t wait to go back.
