So I did a rapid pickup via the app. When I got to the store to look on the shelf my food was already gone. When I asked at counter, manager check and told me someone must of took it and was super apologetic. I doubt it was someone accidentally taking the wrong one, my name would have been on the bag and there are not many with my last name. They re-made it all super quick, and upgraded my drink. I used to be very happy with Panera Bread in Lockport, but unfortunately, the last two times have been a huge disappointment.
The last time I ordered a salad, it was mostly just lettuce with very little of the other ingredients and no silverware to eat with. Panera Bread is a top-notch restaurant in western NY, offering exceptional service and quality food. The staff is attentive and friendly, with standout team members like General Manager Adam and Manager Kim making a difference. The menu features delicious options like the green passion smoothie, fantastic salads, the broccoli and cheddar soup, and the steak and cheddar sandwich. The price is a little steep for most things, but the food is prepared so well. While drinks and online ordering can be hit or miss, the overall experience is highly recommended.
