“So I did a rapid pickup via the app. When I got to the store to look on the shelf my food was already gone. When I asked at counter, manager check and told me someone must of took it and was super apologetic. I doubt it was someone accidentally taking the wrong one, my name would have been on the bag and there are not many with my last name. They re-made it all super quick, and upgraded my drink. They were super kind about and offered my a cookie too. The manager apologized again when she handed me my food, I told her it’s all good. It was was out of their control, but they handled the situation with kindness and professionalism.“

“First time going there with my Elderly Dad. No where to sit, but one chair. I had my Dad take while we waited for our food. Rich the cashier there today, Friday was a wonderful man. As we waited, his food came up and he asked they cut two pieces from his sub for us to try while we waited💞 what a sweetheart! We were very happy with all our food takeout. Delicious, and we didn’t have to wait a long time. Next time, I will preorder. Thank you Rich, for your kind heart. We will definitely be back.“
