Blacksmiths Breads was one of the breakfast places on my list.. and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The coffee was spot-on and the croissant was perfectly soft, buttery, and fresh. Everything hit the mark. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch, quick breakfast spot. 10/10!“

LB is “home” and the place was clean, the staff attentive and friendly, and the food (bagel, whitefish salad, lox spread and potato salad) were all just as they should be. We came here for breakfast/lunch and had a great meal here! Service was friendly, efficient, and the food was delicious.

“I have been frequenting the Kookaburra Malverne location on and off for several years. The only downside is they close a bit early for my schedule and they only take cash. Other than that, this location is full of phenomenal humans. The customer service is unparalleled. Every single time that I can remember there that’s been a superb interaction with the baristas and the clientele. Today one is the baristas wishes a client Happy Birthday anniversary wishes and the client was so moved. Heck, I was moved. A couple of months ago I was here and heard a client place an order and received the order and said it wasn’t what she ordered. In many cases folks would get annoyed as they made what the client requested, but the barista was so kind and professional, but mostly so kind and understanding and she remade the clients order and offered the “mistaken” beverage for the client to take at no charge. It was such a great moment to witness. The energy in here is quite welcoming and positive. Our furry babies are welcome and everyone is treated with respect and kindness.

When our PTSA requested a donation for our Supermarket Bingo they didn’t hesitate for a second. 🙏🏽

“First time trying out , after seeing such great reviews and delicious pictures of the food, I was excited . I played it safe and got a BEC with avocado & it was sooo good! There was love in that sandwich and I tasted it . Super sweet and welcoming ladies , I can’t wait to go back and try something new“

“Had the BEC Pizza and ordered a Sapphire Martini ( they were out of Bombay) so ordered a Pinot Noir instead. Was a tad light.
The Pizza however was unexpected and delicious. Crust was good and while not quite a 12 inch pizza not bad.
The service was actually the best part of the dining experience. My waiter and the back waiter were really great. The hostess was also super cordial and made me feel welcomed.
Overall my first but not my last trip here.“

“Food is a bit pricey, however, the quality is totally worth it. The churrasco sandwich with those extra sauces they pack in every meal are AMAZING. On Sunday’s they include little extra breads with every order, which are freshly made and super delicious. Cannot recommend this place enough. Go try the empanadas as well! This place is very authentically Chilean.“

“I ordered a cappuccino at the Gran Café Gelateria and it was really really good. I paid $5 for a large . I did notice they also had Ferrero Rocher ice cream, which I asked the young ladies to try and it was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning to Lynbrook just to try for ice cream here! “Mr. Omelette went above and beyond.We reached out to Mr. Omlette the Omlette man on Friday night hoping cater an event on Wednesday for 140 people. I teach at a high school, and our senior students were supposed to go on a trip to Six Flaggs; however, the charter bus didn't show up and the trip had to be cancelled. Needless to say we had some very disappointed teenagers. The staff at the school wanted to do something nice for the kids, and boy did Mr. Omelette ever come through! At the last minute (we only were able to confirm on Monday), he pulled together an amazing Omelette, waffle, potato, and bagel breakfast for the kids. He was at our school at 8am, set up his kitchen on the go, and then proceeded to feed our teenagers. He makes omelettes to order and they were delicious! The kids loved it.He was amazingly personable - when the kids we're ordering, he congratulated them on their upcoming graduation and made them feel special. Plus, when he heard of what happened to our kids, he was very generous. This is the type of small local business well worth supporting.“
