“I had never eaten in a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant and decided I wanted to try it for my 73rd birthday. I was not disappointed. My husband and I ordered the bucket meal. The total was $35 and we had enough chicken to last 3 days. The french fries were delicious. The mashed potatoes were a watery waste. The coleslaw was delicious. I do not like biscuits so I can't say if theirs are good. But other people like them. We got seltzer instead of soda. All in all, I was not disappointed. I am glad I made this birthday meal choice.“

“Landed in the JFK airport, which is located in southside Jamaica Queens, and I was starving! I was looking for some places nearby with good ratings even though I don’t trust all the Google reviews, but this place was a 4.9 for that much reviews, somethings got to be up. Before I order the gentleman was nice enough to offer samples of jerk, chicken, and house special chicken, and they both were delicious so we ordered both
Jerk Chicken- had a hint of sweetness with the jerk spice, didn’t taste traditional, but I still enjoyed it and Wood ordered it again especially for someone who doesn’t want too much jerk heat
House Special Chicken- best way to describe this is it taste like mild hot sauce with curry seasoning, what a wonderful mix, that’s not forget the diced tomatoes, onions, cucumbers (kind of reminded me of pico de gallo minus the cucumbers) which was a refreshing balance to the mild heat of the dish, comforted by the bed of basmati yellow rice, ordered the avocado with it as well because I knew it was going to set it off!
Jerk Chicken Tacos- clever twist, luckily this was considered a side dish for me because I can eat this in two bites
Fried Chicken Quesadilla- my daughter had this, but she couldn’t finish so I decided to have the honors to finish it for her, as simple as this dish sounds, it’s not, the quesadilla was perfectly crisp, and the fried chicken itself was so buttery and crunchy, you could tell they changed their fryer oil on the regular or they use some type of special oil because I felt less guilty from the clean taste
Sauces - I forgot what they were, but one was like chipotle, the other one was like honey mustard with a touch of mango (I could be mistaken, but do yourself a favor and pour this on the chicken quesadilla), last, but not least the cilantro lime, which I drought everything with
Ladies and gentlemen, these people have earned their 4.9 stars and should be five, everything they can cooked is with effort and I’m glad they save my starvation, so when you get off the airport and you like Halal food, this is where you go!“

“Atl wings halal. Got a little bit of everything. Sweet potato fries,wings with sauce,Mac & cheese bites. My favorite would probably have to be a chicken wrap and the chicken and waffles. The quesadilla was good. I love how they write customize words on top of their boxes at times. I think it’s so cute and sweet. Would it take a little while, but it was a Friday night. Couple seats inside to sit in. It has plenty of parking. Staff is very chill and kind. Would like if they left like ketchup on the side.“

“I had a great experience at this spot! I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely on point. The chicken was well-seasoned, cooked perfectly, and served hot and fresh. Every bite had so much flavor, and the sauce really took it to the next level, seriously excellent and paired perfectly with the sandwich.

“We ordered assorted gyros, souvlaki, tacos and baklava. The staff was friendly and the service was wonderful. Over all decent and accommodating to the greek culture with a twist of spanish. Only thing I would change is to add oragano salt and pepper to the gyros and don't blend the tzatziki makes it a bit pasty in texture but flavor was 7/10. The baklava less refrigerated time and more syrup not leaving the tops so dry. Would visit again.“

“I have been passing this place for a while now and finally decided to give it a try. It was delicious! The burger was fresh and hot as was the chicken wrap. The cashier was super friendly. There were a lot of people coming in out and picking up orders and everyone was greeted nicely when they picked up their food. Was not cheap like fast food like I thought it would be but was very worth it as the portion sizes are a lot more substantial and filling than fast food. Definitely would return.“

For takeaways, they use ventilated packaging to keep maximum crispness…very smart and thoughtful. Chicken katsu over rice also delicious.

Bubble tea very tasty and refreshing. Boba pearls are fresh and soft. Will be coming back and will highly recommend.

“I go here often and buy the family combo. Boneless fried chicken is good and onion steak. You get a very large portion of food for the price I believe is worth it. The second time I was at this location I was charged twice maybe the person who took my payment was unexpirienced with the payment machine. Nevertheless I dispute the double charge with my cc company. Overall the food is 4 stars the service is 3 stars they could be better organized.“

“I love Chickin Box! My boyfriend and I order takeout from here at once or twice a week. Consistently delicious food. Some of our favorites are the wings - we usually get lemon pepper, hot honey, or bbq. You can’t go wrong with any of those flavors - all very good ! We always get the sweet potato fries when we get wings. We also usually get the soul rolls which are a must have here . Some of our other go to dishes are the lamb chops with a side of asparagus , the shrimp tacos, or the Rasta pasta with salmon . Overall I would definitely recommend Chickin Box the food is deposit and fair priced . I want to try dining in next time.“

The porridge was smooth, creamy, and full of authentic Jamaican flavor seasoned just right with the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. It had that comforting, homemade taste that instantly reminded me of traditional island cooking. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The portion was generous, and the food came out hot and fresh. “Pretty typical neighborhood bar — pool table, dartboard, and a big food menu with all the usual favorites. I came in for the wings special I saw online, but it turns out the menu I found was about nine months old. Instead, it was Taco Tuesday. The tacos were good, not amazing, but definitely decent bar food.

The bartender/server was super friendly and kept things moving even though she seemed to be handling most of the bar on her own. The wings looked great when I saw a few orders come out — and apparently, they’re only 50¢ each on Wednesdays from 7pm to close, so I might have to come back to try them then.
